The home was spacious and clean. The highlight of the property was the view from the cliffs! Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would highly recommend for a family visiting the north shore of Kauai!

I was very impressed with this property and loved the location. It was in a very safe complex with great amenities (pool, washer/dryer, full kitchen). The check in process was so easy and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. So happy with our experience!
Property was great for 2 adults and one teen. We really liked the location and we had most everything we needed. We would recommend adding a beach umbrella to the many other beach equipment that was available for use. We would rent again.

This was a perfect property for our family of four - 2 adults/ 2 teens. Plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean, comfortable, great beds. Good location for north shore and close to Foodland. We took a tip from a previous review and signed up for a Foodland membership. Although we only had one trip for groceries, it was worth the savings. No AC is listed in the property description, but with the patio doors open the breeze made it very comfortable. The drawback is the roosters starting at 4am, need to shut the doors if you want to sleep past 5 am! Would definitely return here, great experience.

This condo is perfect for a small family or two couples. clean, bright, and well equipt for cooking meals. The beds/mattresses are super comfy and supportive. The property features tennis and pickle ball courts, a pool and jacuzzi, basketball court, playground. They have sports equiptment and bikes for rent. Plus that have activities you can sign up for on the property such as lei making, and a mobile pizza oven truck that comes by 2x a week.
It's a great "home base" for adventures in Hanalei. Note that it's in Princeville, which is a golf course centered community atop the cliffs above Hanalei Bay. So if you're looking to be right on or right near a beach, you should consider a location right near the bay instead. Also, Kauai is full of loud roosters, which are audible from 4-8am.
Great spot for our family of 4. Light, airy and spacious place. Well appointed with essentials and beautifully decorated. Kids adored the pool. We all loved the view from the cliffs and walking the botanical garden. Short drive to food and shopping in Hanalei and to beaches in both directions. At The Cliffs there are many rec activity options like basketball, pickle ball and shuffleboard.
Property was clean and comfortable. It was one of the only properties we could find with two king beds for two couples. Convenient location. Fitness center was lacking, but found other ways to work out instead overall a great property.
We were happy overall with our stay. We couldn’t see great sunrises or sunsets…just hints that the sun was on the move. The pool area is much smaller than you may be led to believe in the pictures and it can be loud as there are lots of families with young kids staying at this location. But the space itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the trade winds that would blow through all day.
Was an awesome stay- the condo was great- used the outdoor barbecue- views of the cliff were awesome- close to Princeville- easy access to everything- thanx Rick
We absolutely loved our stay at this location! The property was very clean and well stocked and was just perfect for our family. We would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone traveling to Kauai. It made our trip even more enjoyable!
