The condo was as expected
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was early May, but we were still happy to have the portable AC unit & used it. There is a small beach across the street that has really good snorkeling. You just need to watch for the rocks when getting in & out of the water on a windy day. The property was nice & a short driving distance to restaurants & Poipu beach. My only complaint would be that the shower is very small & the shower curtain was problematic, but nothing major. It was great that there was snorkeling gear & other beach items that had been left by prior guests that we were able to use. Almost everything is really expensive in Kauai, so just be prepared for that. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would definitely stay at this location again.
This small (essentially studio) apartment packs an amazing number of amenities. Everything you need. Pool is great. Location excellent for excursions. Pretty much equidistant to Waimea and western attractions and Wailea (East) and the Nepali coast (North). Walk to a choice snorkeling beach across the street. Poipu beach is a 5 minute drive.

Our Prince Kuhio Studio was in the perfect location of Poi Pu. Across the street from The Beach House Restaurant. Very close to several beaches. The condo had everything you needed including A/C. The place was a little outdated but still very cute and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Kauai Vacation Rentals & RE! They were extremely helpful and friendly and always answered the phone.
The studio was perfect for my stay on island. Poipu is always a great choice. This unit was located 2 minutes walk from one of the best sunset spots on island. The convience of a full kitchen was greta and the bed and pillows where super comfy!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. It was close to several nice beaches, away from heavy traffic, close to Long's Drug store, and close to the wonderful town of Koloa and several nice restaurants. The studio was a perfect size for 2 people with a reasonably sized kitchen, a sizable refrigerator, and the complex has a laundry room. The swimming pool area and condo grounds are beautiful... Lots of wonderful plants and flowers. If you are exploring the southside of Kaua'i, it is idea. We stayed in March, not sure what it would be like to stay in the summer, etc... It does have a standup air conditioner. Keep in mind, it has a small shower, no bathtub and there is no hot tub available, however, the swimming pool is wonderful. I'd certainly stay there again... Mahalo!!

This was our second time to rent PK214, and both stays were excellent. The unit feels spacious for a studio, and it’s very comfortable and furnished beautifully, There is also an expansive window view to the tropical foliage and the pool. The property was really nice but the bathroom and kitchen were pretty dirty. Shower curtain had mold and shower had a lot of soap scum and fridge had sauce on the side. Nothing a magic eraser couldn’t fix.

The apartment was in a great location and met our needs. The apartment is a bit outdated. We really just need a clean and safe place to sleep and this worked fine. Others comment about the shower. It’s a standard stall shower. We appreciated the overflow parking in the garage. The air conditioner is a portable unit and initially I was not happy about that. It wound up being fine however we chose this unit with no lanai bc it had air conditioning over a unit with a lanai and no air.

I loved our time at the Prince Kuhio Studio 214! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and it was perfect for our stay. It was conveniently located and there was always available parking for our rental car. The walk to the beach was 1 minute - that beach was the best snorkeling spot that we experienced!

For what we needed it was perfect.
This property was nice, close to beaches and restaurants and had all basics in the room (dishes, utensils, etc.), our main complaint would be the bathroom and shower. The shower was extremely small and the curtain and floor of it was kind of gross, and the sliding bathroom door itself was falling off its rail. My wife and I both reached out (via phone and email) about this being our honeymoon and we wanted something special but no luck. My wife was told to call the concierge but no one ever answered after several attempts.
The property is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. Maybe not this unit. It was advertised as having air conditioning. The air conditioner was plugged into the wall with a note that said electricity is really high so don’t use this if you don’t need it or something like that. The thing didn’t even work. The sole reason I got that room was because it said air-conditioned. My travel partner was adamant about that one thing. The only other thing I’ll say is the shower was filthy. Somebody needs to get in there with some deep cleaner and scrub scum. The groundskeeper‘s and housekeepers an office manager everybody was an A+
