The property was great and had everything we needed to enjoy a one week stay on the island. There's plenty of beach toys and chairs. The property ground and location cannot be beat. A big plus for us was the access to the Poipu Athletic Club. Their gym facilities is well above what you would get at a resort. Our host Sabina was great and communicative, dealing with any issue we may have had. (Which was only a minor technical detail before we left for the trip) Would I book this property again? Absolutely.
Property was conveniently located to the gorgeous Poipu Beach and centralized to getting to attractions on both the East and West coasts of Kauai.The lanai area was very relaxing after a day of excursions.

Very clean and presentable. Loved the patio overlooking the green luscious grounds. Especially nice to use patio while it was raining. Also loved the AC inside. Kitchen well appointed. Bed comfortable. Would stay again!
We only stayed a couple of nights but the condo was well equipped and the check-in process was easy. The property manager allowed an early check-in which was very much appreciated.

The property was well kept and well stocked. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and snorkel equipment.
Stayed here for 3 weeks! Walked to morning surf sessions, snorkeled in the afternoons, worked out at the Poipu athletic club across the street, embibed at the many options for drinks and grub.
Coocked many meals in the well appointed kitchen.
Unit is clean and air conditioned!

Condo is updated nicely. They pullout bed got no complaints from or 14 and 17 year olds who shared it. Location is great.
