What an amazing view! Clean, comfy, cool a/c and crashing waves! Highly recomended. Only downside is the parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.
This place was absolutely amazing. Stunning inside, beautiful remodel, spacious layout, comfy beds, gorgeous water views and sounds on the lanai. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai each morning with coffee and in the evening watching the turtles feed in the water below. Wonderful ocean waves sound to lull you to sleep each night. Owner, Holly, was super helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Great central location to restaurants, shops, walkable markets and food trucks. Private beach area with rocks to explore tide pools. We would highly recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat!
Fabulous!! Cute, clean, comfortable. Close to downtown Kona (2.5 miles), right on Ali’i drive (we joined all the runners every morning), incredible sunset views and the best porch! We will definitely stay again !

This condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. All the rooms were large. The lanai was unbelievably large. Views from lanai were incredible. Beautiful sunsets. Would highly recommend.
The condo was AMAZING! The Lanai was The Best! Nowhere else will you find a better view! The condo was Very comfortable and clean and it had everything you needed! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels for bath and beach. It is just a few minutes to town. You can take a walk but the road is busy. The pool was wonderful! There is a little sand to put chairs on and enjoy the ocean views. We Absolutely Loved it here! The host was Extremely responsive and helpful with any questions!
We could not have asked for a better place to stay - spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen plus the lanai and view! Just phenomenal! We loved listening to the waves all day and night, enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the lanai and relaxing on the property as well as exploring the area. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay with the accommodations being as advertised. Large living room, kitchen and lanai areas. Our unit was clean but the common areas of the building (elevator, etc.) need better attention.
Wonderful stay at this clean, comfortable and convenient condo. Especially loved the large lanai and the fantastic views, even spotted some whales.
What a wonderful stay we had at Holly's place. Everything was as shown/described in photos --and even better. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach towels, chairs and other beach items, and the king beds were super comfortable. Water pressure and Wifi were great too. I'm embarrassed to admit how much time we spent just hanging out on the lanai though--such an amazing spot. It was stormy while we were there and the lanai was the perfect place to take it all in. The unit was quiet and nice and cool. We never heard neighbors, though if sleeping in the back bedroom light sleepers might want earplugs as there can be noisy vehicles on Ali'i Dr from time to time. We only used the air con at night and even then probably would have been okay without it. The fans move the air nicely and if there is a little breeze, you can turn the fans and air co off, open the front and back doors and get a great cross breeze. The location was awesome, as da poke shack is super close (walking distance) and next door to the condo development, by the church, there was a shave ice/taco truck and on saturdays, a small farmers market. The fish tacos were superb! Easy drive to Keauhou or Kona for groceries, restaurants, and super quick drives to magic sands and kahalu'u. If getting groceries, it seems faster to go to the KTA in Keauhou- the stop signs on Ali'i Dr. towards Kona get pretty backed up.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly!!! Maholo!

Everything about this place was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the seating, the beds and the kitchen was well appointed.
I honestly think it was one of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at.

Very pleased with accomodations. Holli is a great host and the condo was well suppplied with detergents, toiletitries,tissue,etc.

We adored this condo! The photos perfectly represent this gorgeous place… The lanai is simply huge, and the waves were wonderful, and the sunsets stunning! Parking was easy, getting around town with easy, communicating with the property manager was aWe adored this condo! This condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. The outdoor area was amazing and we spent a lot of time watching boat traffic, whales and dolphins.
Do not hesitate to book this condo in Kona area. The location is perfect for easy access for your adventures and dining, beautiful setting right on the ocean. Amazing sunsets on spacious lanai! Very clean and well equipped. We will definitely book this condo again when we return to the Big Island. Thank you Holly!
