Second time back to this fun spot in Kauai. The kids love the pool and we really enjoyed the sunset on the cliffs.

Jeff's condo was very comfortable for our first family vacation to Kauai and the Cliffs at Princeville. His listing is accurate. Amenities in the condo were very cozy. The location of this unit is great - lots of yard space, and a quick walk to the pool and recreational areas with ample parking. Everything was clean and laundered, and the space itself was set up in a way that optimizes the space. He left great instructions, and check-in was a breeze.
We had a wonderful time, the property was amazing and absolutely memorable sunsets at the cliffs! The host was always available and really friendly!
First of all they ask that you take off your shoes while inside the unit however the floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. The door in the bedroom was jammed and didn’t open. The washer and dryer were so old I was afraid they would break down. The king bed was so old and lumpy made for a horrible nights sleep. The kitchen cabinets were filthy looked like they hadn’t been washed down same with the drawers.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was roomy and came with a lot of extra goodies that we could use around the island. Jeff was a great host and was super responsive. Would stay there again!
Our family had a wonderful stay at The Cliffs! Jeff was a fabulous host - so prompt to answer questions and offering excellent recommendations. The condo and facilities had everything needed for an amazing vacation. Great location. Highly recommend and we hope to return :)
I have been to Hawaii multiple time, but this stay is the prettiest! The resort is friendly with sports activities and scenic pool area. The bedroom is spacious and backyard view is beautiful
Short drive to everything on the North shore. Clean property, beautiful surroundings, and I'm my opinion, best location for unit in the complex. Bottom floor, end unit, larger patio. Easy parking too!
What a cool find! We stayed at the Cliffs in mid-April, and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. We loved sitting outside to eat breakfast. And the property was GORGEOUS, with so many amenities. Beautiful pool area, bikes to rent, pickle ball/tennis courts, basketball, etc—but my favorite were the Adirondack chairs overlooking the cliffs. Just a gorgeous place to sit at sunset. We were in awe! We also loved the small market they had in the rec room one morning—fresh foods, crafts, etc. This was our favorite place to stay on the island! We were also close to Hideaways Beach, our favorite. Thanks for the best time in Princeville!
The property was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed for a week long stay with our toddler. We loved waking up and exploring the grounds from the floor level entry and had more than enough space in the condo for our family. We’d definitely stay again at this condo and at the Cliffs Resort!

This unit was just great. After 10 days with all of our kids and Grands, we wanted a few days on our own before going back home. The property is quiet and the walks out to the “cliffs” overlooking the ocean were lovely. The unit has lots of beach items that were so nice to enjoy. We love the North end of the Island so the location was perfect! No A/C was the ONLY reason we may choose not to return… everything else was just what we wanted! In spite of the A/C, we still give it a 5star. Many places in HI don’t have A/C, we are just spoiled! lol!
The week was very nice. Liked having everything close and in many cases walkable.
This was our first time using Vrbo so honestly I was very nervous going into it. Regarding the property, everything ended up being excellent. The communication and instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the place was in great condition. The price was very fair. I don't have any complaints.
Nice, light, no need for ac. We had a good cross wind. Short drive to accessible beaches. Jeff was quick to respond to our questions. The beds were quite comfortable. We had a lovely 13 day experience at Jeff’s condo.
Every was great, except for the AC part. I guess the whole condo doesn't have AC. It was kinda uncomfortable sleeping at night, we had fans running all day. I guess it’s normal for Hawaii not to have AC, unless you're staying at a hotel.
Came for a few concerts, beaches and down time. Jeff was a great host with local suggestions and ideas for things to do on and off properrty !

We absolutely loved this condo the location was amazing and the front desk staff was so helpful- the pool is absolutely gorgeous just like the pictures and you can take a 5 min bike ride to one hotel or hidden beach- free bikes came in handy and there’s a flat path. We also loved the cliff view to watch sunset with lots of chairs a hammock and plenty of grills. The patio is lovely and everything was clean and we appreciated the amenities- no complaints here I can’t wait to stay here again!
Our stay at this Kauai property was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the lush greenery of Kauai's north shore, this condo exceeded all expectations. The property itself is a gem! The condo was clean and spacious. We loved that it was a ground floor end unit - the privacy allowed our kids to run around the grassy lawn by our lanai.
The location was great for visiting North Shore beaches and taking day trips to the South of the Island. The amenities were unbeatable - our kids LOVED the pool, the lei making class, the putting green, and the local cats.
The host communication was stellar and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Thank you!!
