Top notch condo for a relaxing Kona vacation! Condo was clean, quiet, & well stocked. The view can’t be beat, & you’ll love listening to the surf/water. We walked into “town” (approximately 1 mile) to avoid parking hassles. Easy! We also like the grills for use; easy to cook & eat at the unit. Kitchen has good amenities. We definitely would stay here again.
We had an absolutely amazing time staying Travis and Tricia’s place in Kona. The location was perfect—close enough to town for dinner and shopping, but quiet enough to truly relax. The view from the lanai was the highlight of our trip; we spent every morning there with our coffee and every evening watching the sunset.The rental itself was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. We really appreciated the extra touches like the beach gear and guidebook. Communications was seamless from start to finish. We are already dreaming of our next trip back to the Big Island and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!"

Everything about this place was perfect, the location, view, amenities and beach equipment that were provided. We simply could not have asked for anything more. The owners were so lovely and very responsive. We will definitely be back.
The condo is great! First, Travis and Tricia were great hosts - great communication and very responsive. Check in and check out were seamless. The condo is lovely and was very clean. When you walk in, you can see straight yo the water and the view is incredible! It is well equipped and we had everything we needed.The property is very pretty and well maintained with very nice landscape and grass like a carpet. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice, too. We found the property to be very quiet and loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. The sunsets are amazing and you have a truly unobstructed view. The location is perfect for seeing all of Kona and being convenient to shops, restaurants, water excursions and conveniences. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay here again and again. Loved it!
I was so delighted with my stay! Falling asleep listening to the waves crash, watching the sunsets from the lanai, waking up to canoes passing in the morning was wonderful for the soul! The condo itself is well and thoughtfully appointed, in a great location and away from the busy noises from Ali'i Drive. Oceanside pool provided a nice afternoon change from the beach explorations. Hosts were responsive and personable. I hope this to be my go-to stay whenever I return!
