Nalu Bliss- Amazing 2BR Waterfront Location on Alii Dr Close to Town and Beaches

Nalu Bliss is exactly as it is advertised...Amazing!!! We will definitely stay there again.

I was not informed that the condo was located 50 feet from a 3 way stop sign. The locals love to modify their exaust system to create a loud roar and/or turn up their radios up full blast with all the windows down 24 hours a day.

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The view from the lanai is stunning! Very comfortable and large bedrooms, excellent bathroom showers, easy parking (for one vehicle), and a quiet pool - everything about this place was amazing! Walking distance to a great poke place, farmer’s market, fruit stand, and coffee. This place will be my #1 choice when returning to Kona.

Location cannot be beat!! Lanai is huge and basically an extended living room with waves 20’ below. It was so comfortable my sister and I couldn’t think of a better place to have our own dinner each evening. There were a few hiccups but the owner and property manager could not have been more quick to respond. A great condo to stay.

The accommodations were absolutely phenomenal! We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Especially love the recliners. That said, the interior was wonderful as well. Love that it had a mini split AC in the living room. The king bed was super comfortable. And the beach towels and chairs came in handy. We tried a couple of the restaurants and went to some of the markets in the guest book, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay here again, if we are lucky enough to return to the Big Island.

Awesome, clean

The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the ocean and very close to town. The sunsets are incredible! The condo is quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated the recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. We hope to visit again in the future.

The perfect place for our family of 3 during our Hawaiian vacation. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and where we spent most of our time. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for us - close to everything but far enough away to offer peace and quiet. Check in/out was very easy and the hosts answered all of our questions before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We have been to the other Islands of Hawaii, but this time was incredibly special. I often imagined what it would be like to have front row seats to witness the incredible power of the ocean, the rhythmic sounds of crashing waves. The lanai offered us the perfect space to enjoy this magic. Everything was just perfect for us at this condo!

The apartment is great, but it's all about the lanai! Very spacious and set up perfectly for meals or relaxing. The sunset views are amazing! Everything was true to the listing and we appreciated the location and how well equipped the unit was for everything we needed during our stay.

We booked this place after seeing the lanai in the pics. It’s like a second living space and where we spent most of our time in the condo. Everything else was really nice, but the lanai was spectacular! When we had questions, the hosts were quick to respond and even let us check out later since we had a red eye flight. Great place to stay!!

This is THE place!!! We fully enjoyed our anniversary vacation and this retreat was a magical part of it. Trust the 10/10 rating as the view, location, cleanliness, and quality of home exceed the expectations set by this listing. Stunning view from the beautiful, spacious lanai mesmerizes you at all hours: morning waves to million-dollar sunsets to moonlight dancing on the ocean. Proximity to dining/town is quick and yet this is a quiet home to retreat to at the end of your day exploring the island. Hosts communicated clearly and responded quickly to our questions. Would 100% stay again!

Our family of 3 (traveling with adult son) had a wonderful time at this beautiful home - absolutely as shown in the photos +better!!! A wonderful host who even provided a chilled bottle of wine upon arrival! You’ll have everything you’ll need for an amazing stay: a detailed welcome binder with instructions & recommendations; beach gear; a clean, comfortable, well equipped home; AC & fans for all spaces; close to town; and an absolutely unforgettable lanai!!! We highly recommend this place - if it’s available, consider yourself lucky & grab it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was quiet, yet we were only a short drive from sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops. The lava rock beach out front was a beautiful place to watch sunset. The condo was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful lanai! The recommendations in the binder (in the condo, for guests to use) were really helpful as well :)

Great apartment, with fantastic views of the ocean from both living room and bedroom. The lanai was also wonderful. In walking distance to Magic Sands beach, though that is a bit of a walk.

While this was our first visit to Jeff & Lisa’s condo, it was our second visit to the condos at Kona Nalu. We love, love, love the amazing ocean front views and the huge lanai on these units. Beautiful, crashing waves with very few people in the area are a great combination (15 units - on one side is a house and the other is Living Stones Church). Lanai furniture was comfortable (which is really important because you’re going to want to spend a lot of time there). Even though we had some activities planned, it was hard to tear ourselves from the view, at times. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils. We very much appreciated the coffee bean grinder so we could enjoy Kona coffee. Beach gear was in the condo for use. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. Our teen enjoyed having her own bed and bathroom, but bring a white noise machine/app as Ali’i Drive runs behind the units so you might hear traffic. This unit has 2 AC units rather than central AC. The back bedroom has its own unit and the master shares a unit with the main living room area, so we kept the shoji screen open most of the time. It kept both the living area and bedroom cool. I only mention this in case privacy is of concern. We enjoyed our stay very much and are missing the view already!

We booked this condo for 7 nights based on the lanai and its general location. We were beyond impressed with the property. The views from the lanai are truly breathtaking making it hard to get motivated to do much beyond sitting! It is far enough from downtown Kona to avoid the sounds of tourists but yet close enough to get to restaurants and shopping fairly quickly. The airflow through the condo is sufficient to make it cool and comfortable even on hot days. With the many ceiling fans and large screen doors that open to the ocean, we found ourselves only needing to turn the air conditioning on in the back bedroom. I would highly recommend booking this property for your stay in Kona!

We had a great stay at Nalu Bliss! The location from town and the snorkel spots we love was perfect. We spent our mornings out exploring and afternoons enjoying the ocean from our shaded Lanai. The property manager responded immediately when we had questions. Place was clean and the bed comfy. We will definitely return. Thank you!!!

We had an excellent time staying here, the lanai is incredible. Really enjoyed the location as well, was quick and easy getting everywhere we wanted to during our stay. Thank you to the hosts, it was exactly what I hoped for when I booked!

Everyone agreed that this was the best spot to stay. I almost didn't want to sight see as this place was so nice. On the lanai, watching the ocean waves,that was my happy place.

Our favorite part of our stay at this condo was the expansive balcony with the gorgeous view. We ate every breakfast outdoors and spent our evenings, whenever possible, watching the sunset. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach equipment. Fans in all rooms and AC when needed was a plus. Close to town, restaurants and groceries. We were so sad to leave this lovely place. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

The location is perfect! The kitchen is well-equipped. The house decoration is stylish and elegant. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the lanai every morning and every evening. The kids can walk downstairs to snorkel in the turtle cove. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay! I chose it over other Vrbo listings because of the lanai and have no regrets! The lanai is like no other. We cracked the sliding doors at night to hear the waves crashing below all night long. Dreamy. The condo is well stocked, clean, & very comfortable. Used the beach gear- boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, and more for the whole family if needed. Would definitely come back.

Very comfortable second floor condo right on top of the surf. Kitchen well stocked. Second bedroom small and noisy so would not put another adult in there unless they were aware of it. Perfect for just a couple. Great location to do a lot of day trips from the central location.

We were hoping to get as close to the Pacific as possible. Any closer and we would have been in it. The veranda overlooking the ocean simply cannot be beat. The communication with the host was superb. Grab this listening if it is available. One note: it is a couple miles from the main entertainment center of Kona. You will need transportation.

Great property and exactly as described

I can't express how positive our experience was at Nalu Bliss - the condo is exactly as pictured and the location was perfect (a short drive from town but the benefit of having the most amazing view of the oceans and sunsets). Additionally, the condo was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, and even snorkel gear. Additionally, communication with the host was excellent. Would 100% recommend!
