This is a great one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a great view. Check in is easy at the front office/desk. It’s on the third floor with the options of stairs or an elevator to get to it. The photos provided on the listing are a few years old, but are largely accurate. There’s A/C in the living room and a second one in the bedroom. The A/C in the bedroom is a portable and will require your attention to prevent water from overflowing onto the floor. We used the pool/hot tub on property with no issues. There are also laundry facilities (two washers and two dryers) for each building. They cost 1.50 for each use and require quarters. There’s a change machine near the front office. We love Kaua’i and Kapa’a is a more central location if you want to visit the north and south sides of the island. Because of this, there is increased vehicle traffic for most of the day, but have patience and drive friendly.
This unit has the best views at the resort and is well maintained. The location is excellent, with restaurants and stores in walking distance. Parking is also plentiful. The host is responsive. Highly recommended.
Fantastic location. Place was clean and had nearly everything we needed! View was incredible and the resort had a lot of fun activities for us (pool, golf putting, horse shoes, etc) Having air conditioning was great! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Will be back in the future! Highly recommend!

First the view is fabulousl! But the bedroom - there are issues,there: first the a/c unit. The water from the unit empties from a hose into a plastic bucket. We were lucky to return on Sunday early and the fluid was just starting to drip onto the floors we got the bucket empty or it could have been a lot worse. Second, it is a small room into which is a placed a king sized bed. On my husbands side he could barely get out.
Very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The ocean view was outstanding! Saw sunrises from the lanai almost every day! Walked to darling town, restaurants & lots of food trucks…excellent location. Centrally located to everything on the island
Great stay at this property, location is perfect, sleeping to the sound of the waves with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The coastal path is also great for long walks. The unit was very clean and spacious. AC throughout, basic amenities provided sufficient for a 4 night stay. Was a great base to discover both north sand south shores

Loved the location. Lots of stores and places to eat within walking distance. The view was amazing! Unfortunately the beach isn’t super swimmable (pretty rough), but still nice to walk and play in the surf a bit. The pool, albeit not fancy, our 6yo thoroughly enjoyed. Feeding the fish in the morning was also a highlight for her.
The location and setup of the condo was exactly as described. I was hoping for a location not just with a view of the ocean, but on the beachfront, and this condo has just that. Third floor means a better view overall, and walk down the stairs, and you are steps away from sand and a very quiet beach. This beach isn't necessarily popular for swimming, so it doesn't have any kind of crowds. Perfect for watching the waves and relaxing.

Great location for a stay in Kauai. The condo is arguably the best location in the complex with maximum privacy! Very clean and nicely furnished. Many restaurants/shops/markets within walking distance or very short drive.

This Condo offered everything possible for a comfortable stay, the communication with the owners was very professional starting with the original process of booking to check out and follow up after. We were so impressed we have booked again with them albeit in a different property for next year.
This 3rd floor, end unit of the resort was perfect for me and my husband's first trip away from our kids. The shower was great as was the kitchen and balcony/view. We enjoyed being able to walk to breakfast, food carts, a grocery store and on the walking path. The resort itself is quiet and pretty but definitely does not an amazing pool if that's important (our kids would have been unimpressed). We didn't spend much time at the beacht here but now wish we had because our last afternoon my husband swam and said it was the clearest water of any beach on the island.
Love this place. Very clean, location was great. Owner was great to work with. They checked in on us mid week. The grounds of the resort and the pool were very well manicured and maintained.
Our hosts have created a home away from home. We had everything we needed (except an in-unit washer & dryer). Steven & Stephanie quickly communicated each and every time we had a question. That’s a real bonus.
