Very clean and well appointed; this condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Nice walking paths nearby and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. We had no issues at all and check in was a breeze.
Excellent location for north shore and east shore excursions. The condo is great for up to six people. Lots of beach gear to borrow in the garage. The lanai was great for early morning coffee and evening meals.
Everything was wonderful not one thing to complain about just excellent!
Cute condo overlooking the pool but not directly so the covered patio is semi private. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location on the island. Quiet, close to great beaches and shopping. Would highly recommend this unit.

We are a family of four ( two university aged sons). This condo was spacious, comfy beds and well equipped both for cooking and for fun. ( chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards).The condo is in a great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. The pool and hot tub were great and my boys appreciated the gym. Karla was great to deal with and check in and out were easy.We would absolutely stay at this condo again!
We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. So well maintained and cared for, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for getting around to various beaches, while being quiet and family friendly. Walking distance to Princeville center, and the Princeville Farmer's Market on Saturdays. We loved every minute of our time there!
We loved our stay! The condo was great for our family - large and comfortable with a beautiful lanai. We loved the pool and everything we needed for the beach was available as well. Karla was great with communication and provided us with lots of recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again!

We live in Oahu and wanted to have a short getaway to Kauai and this was the perfect place for us. We had young children and older adults and each one of us had a relaxing time. Karla was a fantastic host and accommodated our needs when we requested it. Loved our stay. 10/10
Our family had a fantastic stay at the condo in Princeville. We felt right at home after just a few hours of being in the place. The kitchen is well-stocked, the furniture is high-quality, and the place is spotless. It's situated in a nice neighborhood and very close to all the north shore spots. We loved swimming at Hanalei Bay, sitting by the pool, and cooking breakfast in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place to future guests!
Couldn’t be better!! Home was well laid out and spacious - comfortably accommodated us, our grown sons, and their wives. Kitchen fully stocked for every meal’s prepping needs. Deck was perfect size for morning coffees and night time visiting. The whole complex was very peaceful and homey, surrounded by beautiful strolling paths, and the location a scenic short drive to all the hikes, beach sites and activities on our list. Greatly appreciated availability of coolers and enough beach chairs for all of us.

This place was the perfect place for 3 groups to enjoy each other as a family, while everyone having their own space! Karla was a very gracious host, from special welcome gifts to amazing communication throughout the whole stay!
Not if, but when, we return to Kauai, we would definitely stay here again!!

Karla is a fantastic host. She is super helpful and responsive to questions. The condo is great. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It is well kept. Perfectly located to all the things the North Shore has to offer. We would happily stay there again.
