The property and unit were very nice, quiet and a lovely place to stay. The close proximities to eating and the beach were a plus.
I’ve stayed at more VRBOs than I can count and this location had a spectacular host and was immaculate. I would stay here again without question. Perfect location between North and South Kauai. So many things to see in the immediate area. Host provided numerous tips for great restaurants. Wonderful experience!
This was our first experience with VRBO and it was an amazing one! The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. Just steps away from the beach and down the road from some great restaurants and stores. Joya is a pleasure to work with and even had a welcome basket waiting for us. I would highly recommend staying here on your vacation!
My sisters and I had a great stay. We were particularly impressed by the surprisingly generous spice rack and wonderfully stocked kitchen that even included items we didn't expect, like a rice cooker. The unit was very clean. We appreciated the extra beach towels and mats, too. The host was welcoming and responsive.
Wonderful communication from owner. Very easy to check in and access key. This rental is very cute and is equipped to the max! It has a full kitchen which made it very convenient to cook several of our meals, especially breakfast before we headed out for the day. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans and floor fans made the room nice for sleeping despite no AC. This rental is conveniently located right in Kapaa which gave us easy access to restaurants and stores. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Highly recommend this adorable unit.

My wife and I have used multiple VRBO locations. This was by far the cleanest and best equipped one we have experienced. The communication with the owner was great. I would highly recommend this location for your Kaua’i vacation!
We are a family of four that stayed at the residence during Thanksgiving week. The place was very clean and really worked well for our stay. Not only was it a good size for us, there is offstreet parking, and they provided a lot of amenities to be able to enjoy the island without having to go buy extra stuff. We were able to take advantage of beach towels, a cooler, and other items that we were able to take with us on our different day trips. We weren’t home much during the day, so this is a perfect place to have as a home base for your different adventures while you stay there. And the two bedrooms and living area make it great for if you do have to be at the place for an extended period of time. Communication with the host was super easy, and they were very attentive to our questions and made our stay really enjoyable.
This is a very good property. Lots of amenities within walking distances & short drives.

We had an awesome stay in this wonderful condo! It is the cleanest and cutest rental we have ever stayed in, and beautifully decorated down to every detail. It was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 teens. Great location and easy to get to, just a short walk to the beach. The host is amazing - easy communication, gave us lots of ideas of things to do in the area (our first time in Kauai), and left us a really nice welcome basket full of treats (a very thoughtful touch!). The bathroom came with nice little amenities as well (my fave was the hair turban!). Plenty of fans to keep you comfortable. Thank you so much Joya - we will be back!!!
It was absolutely wonderful. The place met all of our needs and then some. The location is great, walking distance to stores. The host is on top of it and was so kind and helpful to us.
Joya’s rental was beautiful and well appointed; it looked exactly like the photographs. A bountiful welcome basket with a hand written card greeted us. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had everything you needed - even aloe in case of too much sun! The rental is conveniently located across the street from a grocery store (Safeway), near many eateries/treats, and short drive to the beach. The north and south shore were ~40min drive, making the entire island easily accessible.
Joya was a personable and responsive host. We communicated easily via text and she checked in on us to make sure our stay was comfortable. Please do not be deterred by the lack of AC, the ceiling fans kept the apartment cool during our July stay!
I would definitely recommend this property and friendly host to anyone visiting Kauai.
The house was exceptionally clean. Great location, close to lots of good food and cool shops. Joya was a great host. I had some parts for work delivered to the condo but they didn’t show up till after I left. She went and picked it up for me and held onto it till I came back the following week. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This location was perfect for exploring the island for a week. The hosts went out of their way to make sure our experience was fantastic, including even the smallest thoughtful things like snacks, extra towels, dental kits, etc! Their communication was top notch! The home was SO clean!!!! We highly recommend this place to stay! ❤️

Thanks for a great place to stay, a thoughtful host, and a lovely, convenient location! The place was clean and comfortable, with new home furnishings. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were well-stocked for travellers’ needs. Our host was friendly and welcoming over messages. She anticipated our needs (e.g., arriving after midnight with kids - leaving snacks; allowing us an extra hour for check out). The ocean and Kapaa trail are one minute away. Grocery stores and restaurants are also right at hand. There are lots of amazing adventures a hop, skip, and a jump away!
