It’s my favorite place to stay
We had the absolute best time staying here! Everything was as-advertised, beautiful condo and amazing view from the private lanai. Everything you need is there and the location can't be beat. We loved our stay and will definitely book again in the future.
We had a lovely stay, and the condo was nice. Views are fantastic, and the location outstanding. Condo bright and spacious, with efficient a/c units. Efficient communication with the host, and we were grateful that we could check in early.It was clean, but could use a replacement of bedding and sheets. Carpets and furniture are a bit worn as well. For the price, it seems not unreasonable to ask for a bit more "sharpness" or TLC. Overall I recommend the unit.

We absolutely loved staying here! The view of the ocean and seeing all the turtles was amazing! The place was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The management company was extremely helpful in providing links for things to see and do. We will stay here again!
We loved our stay here! The view of the ocean and coral reef was amazing, and it was just a short downhill hike (nice path with ropes to assist you) to Hideaway Beach. Hideaways is very sandy, beautiful beach with both sun and shade spots, and it’s wonderful for snorkeling. We were also able to walk to Queen’s Bath when the very small parking lot were full. The condo itself was very well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, board games, and a plethera of kitchen appliances, spices and oils. We made use of the Ninja to make cocktails and mocktails! The A/C and fans helped to keep it cool. The location is just a short drive away from Hanalei and all the shops and magnificent beaches. This is an excellent condo and location for a stay on the north side of the island. We particularly liked staying on the top floor for privacy and views.

My jaw dropped to the floor when I walked onto this property. The views of the ocean are breath-taking. This has been my favorite place that I have ever stayed. It is beautiful and clean. I can honestly say this property EXCEEDED my expectations, and I can be picky, especially with cleanliness. This spacious condo was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen items and seasonings. We did not need to buy paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, or shampoo/conditioner, etc. I have stayed in rentals where those are not included, so that was a nice surprise. Moreover, there were beach chairs, toys, and coolers for guests to use. The rental company thought of everything! They were very professional in all of our transactions. One small issue occurred where the AC stopped working and they took care of it immediately. I would stay here again (wish I could live here). My family and I did not want to leave. We loved this property so much and can't recommend it enough! It is AMAZING!

The condo was exactly as described, roomy, great place. Walking distance to the 1 Hotel and all its restaurants/bars, and walking distance to a couple of cool beaches (though it's a bit of a hike down the hill). The unit gets warm but it has air conditioning. Very easy to check in/out. Would come again!
Spacious condo exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location with privacy. We will be staying here again.
This top floor Pou Poa unit had nice views and all the accessories we needed to make the most of our visit.
The place was well maintained and property manager was great with communications in advance of our arrival.

This is a fantastic Penthouse property in Princeville! We stayed with our teenage children from Christmas through New Year's and the condo was exactly as described. The views from the condo can't be beat! The condo is on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor of the property, allowing for privacy, so no other unit is above you. It is a very quiet unit and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is about a 5 minute walk and also has a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes/supplies you could need for cooking. The bedrooms, dining room, and living room all have ceiling fans, making the unit very comfortable. Lori, the Property Manager was extremely responsive to any of our questions. We highly recommend this property!
