Location was great. Condo very outdated. Main bathroom funky and needs new sink and toilet. Needs more usable coffee cups. Carpeting funky. Screen doors stick. AC is needed.

We have spent many weeks on Kauai over the past 10 years. This was a great condo. BBQ's close and available, great pool, short walk to a fun beach, and the VIEW from the lanai was superb! Well equipped kitchen, which is a must for us.

It was a place away from home. Everything you could ever ask for. So easy to check in and out of. This unit had everything you could want to stay there. Lets say you wanted all you had to do is call the management and they would help you. You will get your work out in at this unit. If you have anyone that can't climb stairs this is not the unit for you.

Very nice location with beautiful views of the ocean. The property was clean and well maintained, and the layout was perfect (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)The property was quiet and the landscaping was well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. I would definitely recommend this property!

Just steps from Poipu beach, the unit is located on the top floor and in the highest building on the hill, providing great views on the ocean. Watch the whales from your lanai! Spacious 2 bedrooms, everything was fine
We had a wonderful time on Kauai, and this was a great place to stay. I enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the patio.
Our family spent a week up in Princeville and had booked our stay in Poipu. First time we split up a two week period. Great experience! Felt at home immediately. Comfortable environment, good amenities and perfect view. Condo is quiet from 9pm until morning. As with any condo, you can hear slight noises from other units…being the top unit is preferred for us. We would absolutely come back!

Great 2 week stay. Oceanfront great response to any problems. Well stocked condo with outstanding views. Love the high ceilings, and old Hawaiian style. It is well used, but kept up. My only suggestion, needs new pillows for beds.
