Please no smoking in the home or on the lanai. The HOA only allows smoking in the back of the parking lot.
Kauai style, shoes off inside. Please note that our sand is sticky and our mud stains.
Please wash off at the beach or at the pool showers to avoid getting sand inside or in the shower.
This home has high-speed Wi-Fi and a large desk in case you need to catch up on a bit of work.
Please note: this is a ground-floor condo and there is occasionally noise from the upstairs neighbors or the road and surrounding grounds.
