We found the property to be well maintain, quiet for the most part. The only downside is that the air conditioning was niot adequate,. It really should have central air rather that the in room units that vent to the outside (very loud). There is easy access to hiking and beaches in the Princeville area. It does take about an hour to get to the airport and then longer to go up the other side of the island. The island is lush and very beautiful. We all agreed it would be a place to return to.
The condo is nice, comfortable.
However the kitchen was very poorly stocked with normal kitchen cooking supplies. The upstairs air conditioner was basically just a fan, that bedroom was quite hot. The large microwave was not working.
Only had two beach chairs, should have four.
We had a wonderful anniversary vacation at this garden view condo. It was extremely clean and convenient. We didn't miss the ocean view at all and spent every morning having coffee on the patio enjoying the beautiful garden view. It is only a few steps to the ocean, where we were able to see the sunrise and sunset. The location is so convenient to all of the north shore beaches.

This place was everything and more for my family. Very comfortable and clean - the master bath was absolutely lovely and spacious. Our new favorite place to stay!! 🌺
A great and quiet location. Garden view was peaceful and tranquil. We’ve stayed at this complex before and had a view of the Ocean. But with the roominess of the condo and the private feel we had, we did not miss the view near as much as we thought. We would definitely stay here again! Don’t hesitate.
The property was, clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We liked being able to walk to check the surf.

If you are looking to stay in princeville. This townhome is in a great location. You can walk across the courtyard to the pool and hideaway pizza is right there as well.

Very nice condo that could use a few things to make it great. There should be luggage racks so that the suitcases aren’t left on the floor. The coffee maker was too small, the lockbox was a pain, some additional kitchen tools like a spatula would help. Otherwise it was lovely

Loved the home. Clean wel appointed. The extra amenities were appreciated
We loved everything about this home, especially the comfy beds, the modern furniture, and the showers! Lovely bath amenities with island scents, a welcome package of goodies, beautifully decorated and updated, it was a home away from home.
We so enjoyed the view of the mauna as we sat on the lanai, not to mention the visits from the nēnē geese and their goslings, cardinals, mynahs and more (being careful not to feed them!). Although the home did not have an ocean view, we were more than happy to see those spectacular mountains (and the ocean view was only a few minutes walk away).
We appreciated the individual air conditioning units in the bedrooms - it was warm for our stay with little to no rain, so not much cool down in the evenings (the a/c noise did not bother us, but if one is sensitive to noise, bring earplugs!). The in-suite washer and dryer were well used and worked just fine.
Pizza from the Hideaways restaurant on-site was very tasty and everything else we needed was readily available at Foodland at the Princeville Shopping Center.
All in all, a pretty much perfect vacation spot for us. Highly recommended!
Super clean, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and rest from the chaos in the world. We loved sitting on the patio, overlooking the beautiful garden area! Great location!

This condo was perfect for our trip. The beds were very comfortable, the house was well stocked. It has beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We enjoyed the private beach every day. The hike to it is short but very steep!
The write up on the condo has some misleading information. The condo is split level not 1 floor like listed. It also mentioned cooling off with the trade winds blowing through the house. We could never get the house to cool down. It was extremely hot in the living area the entire time. We tried opening windows at night, dropping shades during the day, nothing worked. We were grateful for the individual a.c. unites in the bedroom but woke up each day with loud ringing in our ears from listening to the a.c. all night. We weren't there much during the day but if we were we would sit on the patio enjoying the birds. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Pali Ke Kua. This was a beautifully decorated garden view unit. It was quiet and welcoming. It needs a little more silverware :) - but other than that- it was the deep breath we needed! Thank you so much!
