Condo is beautiful and nicely appointed. The view is SO beautiful. We saw whales a few different times while we were eating outside in the morning. It does feel like the place needs a good scrubbing. The garbage can holder needs to be wiped down, the kitchen has grime around the stove. There is some caulking that needs to be redone. There is also a wall or two in the master bedroom that looks like there is some mold. As others have mentioned, there is no AC. However there are fans in all rooms which we had running all the time along with two stand fans. I don’t expect AC in Hawaii, but a good cross breeze is necessary and it’s hard to get that in the bedrooms as the windows are only on one side. The other thing I’m not sure was explained in the listing is this is a first floor condo but you enter from the parking lot on the second floor and have to take the stairs down to the first floor. Not a biggie for us, but renters should be aware of this. Would absolutely stay here again. The place is beautifully decorated Hawaiian style and the view is beautiful from every room.

The condo was just as advertised. Location in Princeville was perfect as was the view! It was great having a washer and dryer. The second day of our stay the master bath toilet had issues. Called Aloha Rentals and they had it fixed ASAP. Customer service was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is a bit dated, but comfortable & affordably priced.The location overlooking the Pacific is magnificent! We greatly enjoyed whale and dolphin spotting.
Since our stay was for a month, it was great having a washer & dryer in the unit.
When we had a problem with a poorly operating shower, the management company sent a plumber right away.

This property walks right out onto the grassy cliffs with an expansive ocean view. The condo is spacious and has all the amenities needed. The bedrooms and furniture were comfortable as well. The reservation process/check-in etc.. was very easy. The unit is very clean but older and a bit dated. The only downside is it is pretty dark at night with dim lights, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
