*New* Oceanfront Princeville Condo with Bali Hai Views and Loft

The pictures online are accurate. I enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning and evening with a beverage (and bug spray on my body!). The two bedrooms have cold AC, but the rest of the condo gets very warm late afternoon/evening. The trade winds do NOT blow into the condo on the view side, where the big screens are. The temperature by the front door was nice and cool with the breeze, but I could not risk leaving the door open due to a mosquito allergy. So fair warning, if the view is more important, then choose this place... if the cooler air is more important, choose a place that faces the other side of Princeville, looking toward Kapaa. The property came well stocked with dishwasher soap, hand soap, and bath products. The most pleasant surprise was that we found 4 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet! I bought snorkel gear and left it for the next guest to use. There were welcome snacks on the table and a notebook with directions how to use the TV, as well as island tips and information. Vacasa seems to have this down to a tee! Only complaints were some holes in two of the screens, some dead bugs that the cleaning crew did not wipe up, and the temperature of the loft and living room in the late afternoon. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. However, the price was REALLY high, so I sort of expected perfection in the condo. Also, if you have not been to Princeville before, please note, the beaches all require steep hills to access, unless you drive to Hanalei. The ONE hotel offers paved steps to access their public beach. The other nearby beaches are down dirt paths and are beautiful. You just need to be fit enough to handle the hike. We did not opt to bring chairs down to those beaches, but took them to Hanalei bay in the car one day. We only brought towels and a backpack to the closer beaches for ease of hiking.

We really appreciated the beautiful condo with an amazing view and access to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time and would recommend it to others.

The place is exactly the way it’s pictured on the listing which was a wonderful surprise. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of a family’s needs. Very close to a couple of beautiful beaches…love the fact that there was a washer/dryer combo unit and a AC in the two bedrooms.Everything you need for an amazing stay!!!

Great stay, loved the view!!! One small fan wasn’t working when we got there so we sent a text to the management team and by the time we left and got back a new fan was at the front door for us! Excellent service and the place was exactly as advertised.

Stunning view. Perfect for two couples and a few kids. The climb down to Hideaways beach was difficult backpacking the baby but worth it! Wow the snorkeling. We made breakfast every day and headed out to some 4 hour hikes on the non beach days. The place was clean and well supplied. We ended up adding another night because it was available. I would stay there again on next trip.

The view from the condo is incredible and the walk to Hideaway Beach was great.

We really enjoyed this unit. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We really liked the extra loft area with the twin beds for the kids so the living area wasn't taken over by teens sleeping their vacation away. There is a paved, steep path down to the beach/coast right near the unit, however the beach isn't really usable in that area as it's quite rocky. Best to drive to other beaches, but still makes for a nice morning walk! The pool and hot tub were nice amenities, just a short walk from the unit. Was great to have the full kitchen, albeit a little tight quarters. Also great to have 2 full bathrooms and laundry in the unit.

Communication with host was prompt and easy. Location of the condo was excellent and everything was very clean. Being able to look out the window and see the ocean so close and being able to walk down to the beach in a few minutes was amazing.

This unit has incredible ocean and sunset views!!! Also located very close to the paved path down to the beach for some great snorkeling (lots of fish and turtles). Overall a very clean and nice unit, comfortable sofa and chairs, large and well appointed bathrooms, and air conditioning in the master and guest bedrooms which was very much appreciated. Minor drawbacks were the main overhead fan did not work and the left side of the toaster only toasted on one side of the bread. Also one power socket did not work (in breakfast nook area). All relatively minor issues (although not having the main fan available had us taking out the portable fans to get some air moving in the unit). The view though from the lanai is the highlight of this unit!

The condo is in a perfect location and was perfect for our stay. The view is spectacular, and beach access is down a path just outside the condo. I would stay here again. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I stay at VRBO’s all the time. This property was very outdated. Hard to use the keys to get into the home, light bulbs out in bathroom, furniture stained. Obviously the property has a lot of traffic. The view was the best thing about the house. With so much to choose from we will not return to this property. I would encourage the owners to clean it up.

We had an incredible stay at this property in Princeville. It was the perfect size for our family, offering a comfortable and spacious layout that met all our needs. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better – we were close to everything we wanted to explore, yet it felt wonderfully secluded and peaceful. The highlight was undoubtedly the magical view; it was breathtaking and added a special touch to our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Princeville. We can’t wait to return!
