The house was clean and comfortable with amazing views and in a very nice neighborhood. There were restaurants and grocery stores that were convenient in both directions, as well as beaches and hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you!

Our two weeks on the North Shore were absolutely wonderful, largely because of Brett's home and hospitality. The property manager, Josh, was quite responsive and a blessing to have as a resource. The home feels completely tucked away amongst the trees, with astounding views. We were 15 mins in either direction to both Kilauea and Hanalei, which was important for us since were visiting family that live in both towns. The location is truly amazing! The home also had everything that we could think of to make our stay easy. We were there for a family wedding, and ended up cooking large meals almost every night. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, and also well organized. I loved cooking in that kitchen! The house is very well laid out with a bedroom suite with its own screened porch, bathroom, and kitchenette on the entry level, and then two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and kitchen with great room on the second floor. The second floor also has a large screened porch and balcony and an unbelievable view. We lingered over coffee on the porch every day! My father and bachelor brother stayed with us in addition to our family of six, and we were able to easily make sleeping work. The downstairs room felt quite tucked away which was a gift to my 78 yr old father. My brother slept on the porch, and my son used one of the provided sleeping mats to sleep in the little side nook on the second floor. The beach chairs, bikes, snorkeling gear, and boogie board were so helpful!
This was a great place to stay! Beds were pretty comfy and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay including bicycles and beach equipment. The neighborhood is beautiful with a golf course surrounding it and 2 beaches just down the road. Our only complaints were that the water in the kitchen sink won’t get any hotter than lukewarm (makes it hard to do dishes) and we couldn’t get 2 of the 3 tv remotes in the living room to work. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was nestled among trees and flowering bushes, making it feel like we were miles apart from our neighbors. We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the mountains from our patio. The house was incredibly well equipped.: kitchen, beach chairs, absolutely everything.
A friend had recently lost her young son so this was an amazing place to grieve and I had family that had never been so that was also great
This property had the best views inside and out. Nestled at the end of a cul du sac you felt miles away. The idyllic classic Hawaiian home with great art, a record player and games was perfect for our family. Loved the bikes too! Location was quiet and convenient to shopping and golf. Hanalei is a must for artsy boutiques, amazing coffee/ smoothie shop (Wish You Well) and the best donuts you have ever had (Holey Grale). Amazing property!!!!
The home has beautiful views looking towards Hanalei. The lanai on the main level was a favorite place to gather. We stayed with our adult kids. The 2 bedrooms on the main level were comfortable. The downstairs, where you enter, has its own private suite- Really nice place to stay. We would come here again!
It was a perfect place for us. My wife, daughter, and my 87 year old dad. Everyone had their own space and the house was terrific. It’s close to golf, a short drive to Hanalei and the beach.
Beautiful home in a quiet area in Princeville overlooking Hanalei bay and mountains. Lush greenery and fruit trees in the gardens added to the charm of this home. It was perfect for our party of 6 to have room to gather and also have our own space. 2 screened in lanais were great for quiet outdoor time in sun and shade. Overall made for a very relaxing stay for our family which included young children, teens and adults.The kitchen had all you would need for cooking family meals and there was a gas grill outside as well. The home was clean and uncluttered with adequate storage for our clothing and bags. The washer and dryer were handy as we packed light for our trip. There were many dvd movies, books and records available here for when we had downtime. The home being well equipped with beach gear, bicycles and sporting equipment also set this home apart from others we have stayed in previously.We would love to return to spend more time in this amazing location.

We were a little nervous about booking this property as it is a newer listing and no reviews. We are so glad we did, the home is wonderful, great location at the end of a cul de sac, fully stocked kitchen including basic kitchen amenities (oil, salt pepper, misc. spices, vinegar etc.) View of Hanalei bay from balcony - lovely lanai surrounded by nature and birds. We enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood and to dinner at nearby restaurants. Beds are comfortable and spaces are quite large. Very easy to communicate with owner. I would definitely return to this property it was perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space to work or get some alone time as well as spaces for gathering as a larger group
We had an amazing time. Location of house is in my opinion best on island. Great neighborhood with paths to ride bikes(6 came with house) to a few great secret gems like hideaway beach and turtle cove. House has breathtaking views and so relaxing. Kitchen was fully equipped. Owners were great. Couldn’t give a better recommendation.
This home was perfect for our family get-together. The layout is great and everybody had a wonderful time. The home is surrounded by lovely trees and landscaping and the outdoor shower is perfect for when you get back from the beach. Beautiful wood floors and a well-equipped kitchen. Can't think of a single negative thing to say. We had a wonderful experience.
