Nice condo, a little out of the way from main stream. Parking is not so good unless you find a good spot after everyone leaves and just stay there. The beach umbrella is not functional, and the beach chairs were full of sand. It is well maintained, but the toilet keeps running.

very comfortable, neat and clean. location is good for poipu. bring lots of money as prices in the area have really went up since last visit. have to pay to visit any sites and reservations are needed to visit north shore hiking. investigate thoroughly. need reservations to eat at any local restaurant.

The condo was very clean, and has a very comfortable feel. The chickens can be a little loud, but we got used to them. Lawai Beach across the road was great snorkeling and the sunsets from The Beach House lawn are amazing.
Loved my stay. It was very comfortable and private. Amazing location, walking distance to everything that I needed. Memorable solo unwind trip - it was very quiet despite being during Xmas holiday.
Property manager provided excellent tips that made our stay really easy and enjoyable. Unit is very clean, quiet, cozy and close to everything. I will book it again in the future.
We had a wonderful time at this condo in beautiful Poipu. The condo was very clean and the bed comfortable. We were a little disappointed in that there was no coffee for our first morning and no beach towels, chairs or coolers.
Overall it was a nice and clean condo in a beautiful location.
For our 1st time to Kauai these accomodations worked well . The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would stay next time back to the island.
