It was a great condo for my family of 4. My two young daughters shared a queen(twin beds would have been better). It was so nice being on the ground level and walking up to walk on the beach at sunrise. (Beach was not swimmable for young ones). Being on the bike trail was great too. It was nice to go for a jog or walking to restaurants, food trucks, coffee. It was centrally located which made exploring the island easier. Snorkel rentals on site. The only negative was not having a washer and dryer in the unit(from a mother's perspective, it makes the trip more difficult). There is a laundry mat, but we didn't use it.
Super clean, air conditioned unit. No in-unit laundry, but the building laundry room is just steps away. Only downsides were that the upstairs neighbors fed the chickens (which led to a gross lanai) and seemed to hold square dancing competitions at odd hours.
Met all our expectations.
Nice condo that was as advertised. Great location on the beach and also within the Pono Kai resort. Air conditioned in both bedrooms and the living room. The unit was as good as it was the previous times we stayed there. Hope to stay there again.
Swam every day. Sensational beach just steps from our condo. Biked, ran and walked the 4 mile path. It was the best.
Everything was great! We had a great time!.

The place was perfect for what we were needing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the pull out couch was super comfortable. Nice amount of space for the 5 of us. We had a perfect view and access to the beach with a gorgeous sunrise. The walkway made for a gorgeous morning run along the beach. We were close to everything we needed and felt very central to the entire island. Perfect location! A few suggestions for the owner but definitely not complaints as we would stay again…We felt the kitchen was lacking and could use some updates and an inventory refill. The bathrooms could use exhaust fans. The gym was SUPER tiny which was a bummer but the outdoor path made up for where that lacked. We didn’t realize (probably because we assumed) but the laundry was shared within the facility and each wash and dry load was $1.50 each in quarters.
We loved this location- cute town- and right in the middle of everything. Loved waking up and watching the sunrise. Right on the boardwalk- and beach- although we drove to other beaches for the day- it was nice having the option of it right here. Would definitely stay again!
We loved everything about this property. It is truly as beautifully set as it shows in the pictures. The unit is well equipped with just about everything you need on a vacation.
The kitchen is compact and fantastic. We cooked all our meals there.
One cupboard was stocked with board games and books, especially many on Kauai.
The bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable and well set. One of them looks out into the green grass and the blue sea.
There is a swimming pool, tennis and basketball court which we used often.
Property management's communication with us was prompt and very helpful.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing Hawaiin vacation.
