We absolutely loved our stay! The place was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was fully stocked with beach essentials—chairs, towels, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Clean condo. Comfortable beds. Stocked with all the necessities. Super glad it had cooler and beach chairs that came in handy! Perfect location to explore both sides of the island. Would definitely stay here again.

The views were spectacular and to hear the waves crashing on the rocks was very relaxing. Lots to do in the area.

We were just boarding our flight in California when we received a message that the property had water damage & they were canceling our reservation.

The location and amenities are amazing. It is located by many restaurants, shops and of course it is right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The condominium was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Sadly, there was a musty smell from dust and possible mold so we needed to leave after one night.

I wish the condo had a up to date property manual. The one that is there has miss information or outdated information. For example information on operation of cable TV, the info on pool usage is incorrect.

The property is a bit dated. The grounds are kept well. The unit was a little shabby, especially the bathrooms. The bedrooms are large, but the living area is smaller than the pictures make it look. Our biggest issue was that the door code we were given did not work, so upon arriving late at night, we had to call the property manager and get a code to the lockbox to let a key (that was difficult to use)…and there was only one key, so we could never separate from the friends we were traveling with. But the kicker was when I messaged the manager the same night we arrived, I NEVER heard back from them for the remaining four days we were there. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Think I’ll be avoiding Vacasa rentals in the future. Otherwise the island was beautiful and we’ll be coming back to Kauai soon.

Loved this condo and its central location! Wonderful amenities that were very much appreciated…. Wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, ice maker! And the view was amazing. The manager immediately handled any inquiries or issues! Thank you!!!

It was located right on beach practically. The only thing is be prepared to hike all your luggage a little ways.

We loved everything about this condo! The morning sunrise views are unbelievable!! Condo had everything we needed plus more. We loved the location in Kapa’a, as it was convenient to all parts of Kauai. Would definitely recommend this condo!
