Pono Kai's pool will be closed for repairs September 2025 through November 2025.
The Kapaa Public Pool, located less than one mile from the resort, is open to the public.
The Garden View Mini Suite is an affordable option that sleeps 4 guests and includes a kitchenette. The condo is located on the 3rd floor (Top) and there are elevators. Relaxing on the patio over the resorts lush gardens, as you take in the sunrise, is the perfect way to start your day while you enjoy your coffee or tea!
Just read the reviews for all our properties and you see that #1 is location, location, location. You’ll be just a leisurely stroll away from restaurants, food trucks, local shops, and a grocery store. Kapaa is also located on the East side of the island, meaning you are only about a half an hour to both the North and South shores.
Sleeping Arrangements: King size bed in the bedroom and Queen pull out sleeper sofa in main living space.
Living Space: The open-concept living area is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Lounge on the plush sofa, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step onto the private lanai to take in the serene views of the resort gardens. For your convenience, the condo includes air conditioning (split AC system in the living room) and high-speed Wi-Fi. The unit features one bathroom with a traditional step-in tub. Please note that the condo is not equipped for accessibility
