Nice location! Overall great experience! Thankfully found some ear plugs. The little kid upstairs stomps around.
The condo was very nice and well kept; communication with the owner went realSmooth; check in and out process was great. Everything was really great! Would definitely stay here again!
Next to ocean. Ocean has a good current.

It was absolutely beautiful ! Our condo was on ground floor , perfect location to everything . Had everything we needed to cook with. Can’t wait to go back . It’s a place to stay .

Wonderful property - Mahalo
First floor very spacious condo in well maintained complex, adjacent to bike/walking path along beautiful sandy oceanfront, bike rental in walking distance. Would stay here again, we hated to go.
The condo staff does not cooperate with units that are not owned by them. We had to call the property owner to get into our VRBO rented condo. The condo staff denied any knowledge of code to get into our rental. Luckily the owner answer his phone, otherwise we would have been left standing in the lobby for hours/days !!!!!!
WiFi not working - VRBO router information was incorrect. Cable TV was intermittent - reprogrammed to correct router. Guest bath shower head has very weak water pressure compared to master bath - need to replace or repair clogged shower head. Who is Property Manager?
This property was just ok, everything a little old. The location was fantastic, close to down town Kapaa. Walking trail right outside the door. Good for island exploration and close to the airport. Just remember the traffic is tough, use an audio book or great tunes. IT’s Hawaii relax, it all good.
The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped for our stay. It’s in a convenient location for access to all the island offers.
Beautifully landscaped grounds and a great location made this property ideal for us. The pool, all the sports activities available on the grounds and the games provided in the condo made this the perfect place for our 8 year old granddaughter. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to fix most of our meals. We enjoyed the large size of each of the rooms in this condo and really appreciated the air conditioning and the full sized washer and dryer. We would stay here every year if we could financially do so.
Great location. Nice size. 1 day they repaired siding on out unit and there was hammering for 4 hours. Also upstairs guests were very loud w little kids jumping. Pool and amenities were great. Kitchen well stocked. Great pool and beach supplies for use.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Bryan's property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. Every room was equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment throughout our visit.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the range of amenities available. The swimming pool was a fantastic spot to relax and cool off, while the table tennis and mini golf provided endless entertainment for the family. We were also thrilled with the direct access to the beach, which was a wonderful bonus. The convenience of being just steps away from the shore allowed us to enjoy spontaneous beach outings and breathtaking ocean views.
Our mornings were particularly special, thanks to the charming patio area. We loved starting our days with breakfast outside, soaking in the serene surroundings and fresh air. It was a perfect setting to unwind and savor our meals.
Overall, Bryan's attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning in the future.
We had a great time! Bryan was great and super communicative. The property is beautiful and had lots of games and sports equipment available- which would be great for families. The location is great, and the condo easily slept 4 of us. We had everything we needed here thank you!
The property was clean, the pool and hot tub were great additions after a long day, and the location was ideal for kicking around the island.
Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. There were beach items we could use, and that was a great bonus as well. Loved this property.

This condo was and looked just like listing described. Unfortunately the washer was broken but there was washer on site to use ( quarters required) but the dryer was working fine. The beds are not very comfortable the futon in living room was the most comfortable bed. Bring extra towels there is not enough. I did bring extra and washed a load while we were at the property. You walk right out the patio door and a couple 100 feet and the ocean is there. There is plenty to door near the condo in walking distance food, shopping and bike rentals which was super fun. We would definitely stay here again.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the price is totally reasonable! It's located in Kapa'a within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. The resort has an amazing list of activities; pool, hot tub, exercise room, outdoor bbq grills to use, games including outdoor chess, tennis, croquet, putting green, and more, along with beautiful landscape, koi pond and waterfall......and of course, the chickens!! The host, Bryan, is easy to work with and keeps you informed of any important details. Thanks again, Bryan!

The condo is in an ideal location. It accommodated our large group. The however is that it jacked some basics like enough towels and towels for the pool. It did have good each gear - chairs, umbrella etc.

Nice location near shopping and beach. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher pluses. Lani a plus. Decor is dated and living room furniture uncomfortable. Insufficient plug ins for phones and devices. Musty smell throughout unit.
