This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed at with a family. They truly had everything we needed from snorkel gear to beach chairs to boogie boards to toothbrushes. The location was also outstanding, less than a mile from Poipu. All questions were answered quickly, even though we only had one. I would love to stay here every time we are in Kauai. Mahalo!!!
We spent a wonderful time with our close friends - there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids and not feel overcrowded. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. The house had everything for everyone from babies to big kids including pool floats and life vests. Be sure to ask the host if they have something before you pack it. They probably do! Per our four-year-old, the best part was chasing chickens, but the close proximity to the pool was extremely convenient and gorgeous lanai was perfect for a quiet morning tea. Would love to come back for another visit!
If you are looking for your home away from home, this is it. Amy has thought of every little detail to make sure her guests are as comfortable and carefree as possible. We have stayed at many vrbo's over the last 20+years and I can say hands down this is the absolute best one we have stayed at. It is fully stocked with plenty of linens and towels, beach towels, beach/pool gear for you and the littles, anything and everything you may need in the kitchen, it was incredibly clean and the communication is stellar! Which is so hard to find in today's world. The pool was great, less than 2 minute walk from the condo, we never had any issues finding a place to sit, and everyone was very friendly. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would! Definitly going to book this unit for future Kauai trips!
What a wonderful condo! The unit is very new and modern with very thoughtful touches throughout. The owners were extremely communicative and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this property!
This property was well-suited for our multi-generational family of eight. We appreciated the attention to detail such as plentiful beach gear and non-breakable kid dishes. The community pool is just a short walk away. This is a modern, well-equipped property within easy reach of most of the highlights of the south coast.
The pictures of this property don't accurately portray how beautiful this place is! The condo itself was spacious and comprehensive in amenities. Our group of eight had ages 15-77 and everyone was perfectly comfortable. The owners provided plenty of beach equipment including ebike rentals which we highly, highly recommend. Best way to see this particular location of Kauai.
The resort is ideally located to beaches, dining, and shopping.
Rich and Amy were attentive and generous hosts and responded to any questions we had within minutes. It was obvious they wanted to ensure we had a fun and memorable experience and WE DID!! We'll definitely stay here again!!

Perfect unit for our travel party of 8. The condo is beautiful and the online pictures don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed for the kitchen to prep meals for the 8 of us. Lots of little things that made this property better than any other rental we have stayed in (water bottles, lots of beach equipment). The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent this unit again.
