Such an amazing place to stay! My family loved the location, being able to relax on the lanai, and all of the house amenities. The house itself was clean and stocked, and the hosts were beyond kind and gracious, and quick to respond to any questions. Truly a dream vacation!
Perfect house and location for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Hawai‘i. We enjoyed to have three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. The highlight was to sit outside on the lanai even when it was raining. We can recommend this house by 100%.
Our family of 6 (grandparents, parents, and our two kids who are 11 and 15) stayed here for 9 days and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and it was well supplied. It was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The porch is a lovely place to hang out in between our excursions. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, and the location is great - walkable to a beautiful beach and two upscale shopping centers with restaurants. There were a lot of beach towels as well as beach chairs, pool noodles, and coolers, keeping us well-supplied for beach days.Management was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. My only complaint (maybe not shared by my husband and in-laws) was that there were no chickens in the neighborhood, so no loud chicken wakeups at all hours of the morning during this Kauai stay ;)
Beautiful home with lots of beach toys available which was unexpected and really nice. We had no issues and communication was outstanding! Highly recommend!
The property was large and very accommodating and comfortable. There is a master wing with a king sized bed and private bath, and on the other side of the large living area there are the two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. Perfect for our group. Plus two hideaway beds in the couches in the living room. There is a great patio with a large table where we ate dinner many evenings because the weather was so nice. You can also eat inside on the table that seats eight as well. The agents were very responsive and stayed in touch. The only issue we had was the tv stopped working and we couldn’t get it fixed, maybe because it was the weekend. Also the screen door going from living room to outside patio gets stuck and is hard to open and close completely and probably needs to be adjusted. Everything else was great!
The house and grounds are beautiful! The location is awesome; so close to beaches, shopping, and easy to explore the island from. We were really grateful for the beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, sand toys, and ice chests. Everything we needed for our large group!
The house had many amenities. Above the stove there were spices, tahin, syrup, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The owner, Paula, is so accommodating! She gives lots of tips via text and answers any questions promptly. She supplies laundry soap, softner sheets, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Coffee for two of the machine is also provided, as well as tea.
The only downside is the hot temperature in the house. Although we open all the kitchen/livingroom windows and turned on the ceiling fans as suggested, it was so hot (a humid 80+) that we couldn't relax and hang out as a family. Trade winds came occasionally, but not enough. We would leave the house early and stayed gone until evening to escape the sweaty heat of the home. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and I strongly suggest using it. Close all the windows in those rooms and enjoy. The master bedroom is really big, with a tiny airconditioner, but it's cool enough with just a sheet.
Overall, the only thing I would suggest the owner do in the future is to add air-conditioning in the main living space so people can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Had a great time staying at the property. Location was near beaches, shops and restaurants. Kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine. The owner was very helpful with providing info about the house, the neighborhood, even getting through the additional steps for airport check in.
The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Location is great! Paula is a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kauai.

Very nice house, it reminded me of our home back in the main land, open, clean, quiet!! Very peaceful! Paula did a great job communicating before, throughout, and after our visit. We loved staying here as a family. Plenty of space for everyone to hang in the living room. Can get a little warm if there aren’t any winds but the air conditioning in the bedrooms work well. Great location.
The house was perfect for our family vacation to the island. It's in a great location, easy to get to in, and in a private neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes drive or easily within walking distance. The house was furnished extremely well and even went above our expectations with a full supply of cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and coffee! Paula is very communicative and great to work with. Would defiantly stay here again.
