Very nice condo. It met all of our needs.
Comfortable condo, good location, nice pool. I know it was advertised as A/C only in bedroom, but it was very hot in the condo. The day we arrived, it was 88 in the bedroom, so we turned it on and closed the door. We had all the fans running and it was pretty unbearable in the rest of the condo.
An extreme value in a beautiful paradise. Spacious, fully stocked condo (even had beach chairs, coolers, snorkel masks, umbrellas) with AC in the bedroom. A 2-minute walk to the incredible southern coastal area and a 10-minute walk to a gorgeous beach, where the sea turtles come to rest every day around 5 pm. The owner is available for anything you need. Wonderful visit!

Beautiful place, comfortable, and perfect view of the ocean
The property has everything you need, full kitchen (including coffee grinder:), beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. Communication was great, very clear instructions on how to get to and into the property. Location is perfect for us, not too far from the hikes we wanted to do, beach access and plenty of places to walk to. Thanks for a lovely visit - we would definitely come back!
This condo was everything we wanted during our vacation. The booking and check in process was seamless. The condo has mostly everything you’ll need, plus some (beach chairs, coolers, water shoes, snorkeling gear, kitchen supplies, and much more)! The location allows you to reach everything in Poipu via a 5-minute drive, and has easy access to the highway to get around the island. The condo was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Beach access was beyond ideal, along with a convenient pool. Would highly recommend!!
Little out dated , but fantastic view and location
Poipu sands is a great location! Love the south end of the island so close to poipu beach where you will see many sea turtles, close to the harbor for a trip to the napali coast, a must see and also a senic drive to wiamea canyon. Will defifitaely be back!
Exactly as described, clean, comfortable great location. Nothing negative to report, would stay again.

Very clean. Nice grounds. Convenient to beaches...Shipwreck and Poipu Beach Park. Very close to pool. Had everything for a comfortable stay. Good communication with agent.

We had a wonderful time, we loved everything about the area the pool the condo itself. We would stay again at the same place.
The place does not have central air, and is uncomfortably hot unless you leave the slider and main entry door open for ventilation. There is an older portable ac unit in the bedroom- which struggles.to.keep that space.cool.
We really loved our stay. Everything was as described. Clean, well cared for, beautiful views, close to the beach and to the resort pool, comfortable bed, nice thick towels, kitchen had what we needed, spacious rooms. Loved the extras like the newer beach chairs, noodles (for floating or snorkeling), beach towels, beach umbrella, and there was a great jigsaw puzzle we put together throughout the week too! We had a great visit and would love to return sometime!!
Superb accommodations, location, and host.
I would definitely stay here again. The place has a great view and is quiet. The pool is wonderful and few people use it.
The condo is showing some age with staining of shower tile, grout and rust spots. So, while not shiny and new, it was well worth it.
This condo is very clean, well appointed, easy to access and just as presented. The lanai is one of its best feaures. I loved being walking distance to the Hyatt for dining and i got a Resortpass for the day and enjoyed the pools. The pool at the complex is also quite nice.

I can honestly say the sounds and views of Shipwreck Beach from our lanai were even better than any of the photos showed.
Condo is a lovely, spacious one bedroom, with all the amenities you could possibly need.
Beach equipment,chairs,towels, umbrella, a well equipped kitchen, and beautiful large shower.
Bed and couches both comfy clean.
Pool and fabulous grills only a quick walk down the path.
Grounds staff, pool staff always friendly and property is truly beautiful.
Scott was very helpful during booking, and any time we had questions.
Check in went well, instructions were perfect.
We have stayed in 2 other Poipu Kai condos.
This has been our favourite,and hopefully we will return in the near future.

Property was very well maintained. Condo was well outfitted for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed views of ocean from lanai. Walking path down to Hyatt and Ship Wreck beach. You can connect to hike trails on cliff from beach area. Great location for touring island. Host was very good at communicating. Checkin was very easy.
Only drawback was the neighbors smoked

A great quiet place to stay and close to Shipwreck beach!
The condo itself is lovely, but the location and view make it spectacular. We loved watching sunrises from the lanai and gazing at the ocean in the afternoons. We're big daily walkers and enjoyed being on the circuit of paths that take you along the coast to the Hyatt, which is less than ten minutes away, and also weaves up through neighboring properties. The check in, check out process was simple and the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Not many condos have A/C, but this one has a nice unit in the bedroom. Having two bathrooms was also appreciated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as are the sofas for lounging. We were always able to get a parking spot just feet from our condo. We would love to stay here again.
We loved our 2 weeks at Poipu Sands! The view was even better than the photos. The house has everything you need. Thanks to our wonderful host who responded promptly to all our questions. Really loved the location as well.
The property was as advertised. It was in a beautiful location, a short walk to two beaches. the ground floor was great as we could just wander out of the door and walk down to either beach. The beach equipment, ie chairs, umbrella etc. was a real treat. The access to netlfix etc wasn't noticed until the end of the stay, so TV was not too exciting. We would stay at this location again.
We had a great stay! Accessible, clean and we enjoyed the free amenities of the place most esp the beach stuff like chairs, umbrellas etc. We also cooked most days in the fully equipped kitchen which has an ocean view. Bed is so comfortable, love it, and place is quiet and very relaxing! :)
