We really like the place. It was clean, beds were really nice, bathrooms were clean. Decor and carpet is a bit dated. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The view was amazing. Patio screen door was difficult to open and close. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

We had a great time staying on Kauai this year. The condo was clean and well appointed. To address some other reviews - there was no construction noise and there were plenty of bath and kitchen towels (though just 4 beach towels). The kitchen also had a some spices and condiments (I assume left by other people, but it was nice to see they didn’t just dump them in the trash). The beds were comfortable. The pool was great. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We went to a conference at the Hyatt next door, and it was pleasant and easy to walk each morning.

Very nice condo and well stocked with all things needed. The view was definitely worth going up and down 32 stairs. Wouldn’t have wanted any other condo in the place. I will surely be returning to this happy place.

The condo really needs a deep clean (carpets, walls, cupboards, furniture). The management company is responsive and professional. Hopefully the owner can spring for a deep clean - it needs it.

Construction going on lots of noise. Unit 2 where we stayed had fork lifts and big rigs off loading. Parked in front of our unit. Roof being replaced next door. Will never use again. So dissatisfied.Safety concerns.

Discription said there was sleeper sofa. No sleeper sofa.
There’s only 2 washcloths in the bathroom. Kitchen did not have a single kitchen cloth to wipe counters down. Vacuum sweeper did not work. Didn’t pick up anything. Spitting stuff out from it. Chairs on patio need replaced. Rusted terrible.

Overall the condo was great. The location is perfect. The listing said pullout couch. Which I contacted the host after we arrived . They stated pullout couch after I said there was not. To find there is an air mattress. We lost power one day. To find it was a main breaker. When we realized it was only our until after going out for the day. The lady in the office was incredibly nice and was there very quickly. I also thought I had locked us out one time and called the office. Again, the office lady/host was incredibly nice and patient when we realized on of our kids had a spare key on their bag we were taking with us.
The AC units are OK. The main bedroom works well it’s a small space for it. The second one in the living space barely cools that space and not the 2nd bedroom. We only used them at night while sleeping.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Location is perfect. They were incredibly helpful.

We loved the condo and the location is great (nice and close to everything). This is my new favorite island and we will definitely be back!
As far as the condo, there is plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen/bathrooms are well stocked. My girls loved having access to the athletic club which was a huge plus.

Our stay was really good. The property is nice and spacious. The property was very clean. We didn't need to use the AC at all, as long as the windows are open, it stays well ventilated and really nice.

Having stayed in Poipu many times previously and more recently at Poipu Sands this unit was great for our family. Midpoint between Shipwreck Beach and Brenneke Beach is the ideal location on Kauai. Proximity to the pool and to the Hyatt along with fantastic ocean views really make this a very special place. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the very spacious lanai. We’ll definitely recommend

The condo was clean upon arrival, well furnished and exactly as described. It is within walking distance to the Grand Hyatt which has beautiful grounds and a nice coffee shop as well as restaurants. A walking path runs along the ocean and throughout the adjacent properties. The condo is centrally located and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The pool was a short walk from the unit and there were plenty of lounge chairs and a few umbrellas.
The condo has a very nice floor plan and is very large and roomy. My girlfriend and I loved that we each had our own bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Prior to coming to Kauai were on Waikiki Beach staying in a hotel. The condo was the perfect retreat for the slower pace of Kauai.
We enjoyed sitting on the lanai late in the afternoon and would have a cocktail or glass of wine while looking at the ocean reminising about our day or planning the next day adventures.
Overall our experience was wonderful and our visit to Kauai memorable.
Vicki and her staff were quick to respond to any questions I had.
I highly recommend this condo. It was quiet and comfortable. As mentioned in the listing description, the condo is without an elevator. Although it did not affect us, this may be something to consider if you have difficulty with stairs.

We’ve stayed twice now and enjoyed both times. Well equipped and clean. Great location. Very nice breeze. Has AC units but never use due to breeze. I do wish they’d replace the lanai furniture....its rusty and uncomfortable and generally blight on an otherwise nice rental.
