Great location and view. Our only complaint was the king bed was low to the ground and very firm.
The property location was perfect, and the deck pool was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. However, the condo could have been cleaner. I understand there are bugs on the island, but we did find a roach in the cabinet and the silverware drawer. The condo also had an unpleasant smell when we arrived—it took a couple of days to air it out. It was also quite dirty under the beds. Since guests pay a cleaning fee, it might be worth hiring a different cleaning service to ensure a higher standard.
Amazing location. Would have loved to stay forever. The view is amazing and such a short walk to Poipu beach. Highly recommend. Mahalo

This truly is an amazing VRBO located in a great part of Poipo. We were so close to everything! Beach is walkable but also easy to drive and park. The view from the balcony was breathtaking our first morning! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad to leave! Definitely recommend if staying on the south side of the island! Will be coming back for sure!
First time visiting Kauai and couldn't have picked a more perfect place. Everything was as described except for the beautiful view which could only be seen to be understood. Perfect location to everything. Will plan to visit again and stay at this same location! Loved!!!
This condo is in a great central location to see the beautiful Southern part of Kauai as well as a base to go on trips to other parts of the island. It’s within walking distance to a couple of great beaches and several restaurants. The ocean view is amazing and we were treated to Humpback whale sightings from our Lanai on an almost daily basis. There were plenty of fans and screened windows as well as a large sliding door with screen to bring in the wonderful ocean air. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and more than adequate for our family of four.

Beautiful location and property! Host was wonderful and great at communication. No A/C so if you need to sleep in a temperature regulated place, probably not for you. Our room temp at night was 77 degrees which was a little too warm.
We had a very relaxing time at this property. Excellent location. I wish we had noticed no AC in posting.

Saw a roach and took a picture of it in the bathroom. The property manager was dismissive of my concerns about it. Spent many vacations and also lived in the tropics for two years. Never saw a roach in any of my accomodations and residences. For the price per night, I'm not paying to see a single roach. Had no issue at a less expensive hotel, on the beach, first floor in Kuaui.

The partial view was exactly as advertised and very pleased with it. It was great to come "home" after a day of adventure and relax by the pool and/or lanai. Plus, the turtle show below the deck was pretty cool. There were enough fans for ventilation and space for a group of four people. We walked to the surrounding beaches and hiked to Shipwreck. Awesome! But, also would like to say thank you to Nani, the property host, and the cleaners for their patience and understanding. Our flight got cancelled due to the cyber attack impacting computers worldwide and Nani was very helpful trying to accommodate us in case we were not able to fly out. Loved the place we stayed in and their great staff. Thank you!
Great place, staying here second year in a row. Great location, wonderful view, the place has everthing you need to stay in Poipu area. Removing one point was because the contact from the property management company was not super helpful or responsive. All in all highly recommend staying in this place and I would love to come back here in the future.
The property is an excellent choice for the value! Located near the beaches so you can walk there. Very quiet and your neighbors around you are also very nice and quiet. Our host, Nani, was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Plenty of beach gear in the storage room on the lanai. Plenty of supplies in the locker chest on the lanai but if you need anything just text, Nani…she’ll take care of it. Pretty secure location…super safe to walk around at night or down to the beach. Overall family and I loved the property and the area. I highly recommend this property!
Loved it! The condo is stylishly appointed and had everything we needed for our weeks stay including all kitchen/bath needs, laundry, beach towels, boogie boards etc. It felt secure and safe. Everyone we encountered (owners & renters) were kind and considerate. Parking was always available. We loved being able to walk to Brennecke beach for boogie boarding. You can walk a bit further to check out additional hotels and restaurants. The Heritage trail is the other direction-a very cool coastal hike. All in all a great location for good weather (less rain) and close by activities! Two thumbs up!
We enjoyed our stay with morning walks to the beach and quick drives to shopping & area adventures. We will be back to make more memories.

This unit is one of the best places we've rented in all of our island vacations! It had everything we needed and "extras" (cooler, beach chairs, etc) Kitchen was well equipped. You can tell that the owners put a lot of TLC and careful thought into making it a great experience for their guests. The location was also excellent; easy walking distance to great beaches, walking trails, etc. We would happily book this again and recommend it to others!
Perfect setting and great condo! Suggest cleaning after one week.
