Excellent place! Good communication from the host. We were provided with all the extras needed for a tropical vacation- beach chairs, cooler, umbrella come with the place. The attention to detail was impecable!

We found the rental very clean upon arrival. The VERY small lanai was only big enough for a plastic chair to face one direction. The lodging was large enough for eating & cooking with all of the kitchen nicely equipped. The ocean equipment was a nice surprise. There were plenty of towels, clean sheets to not have to wash. Over all, the unit is dreary looking from the paint and overall lack of cheeriness. The orange couch is very uncomfortable and the only chair is hard and uncomfortable also. The couch looked like it needed a good cleaning, but replacement for something comfortable would be better, along with another comfortable chair. The kitchen table & chairs are fine.
Everything good but no A/C which was a problem but my fault for not checking closer.

Great overall stay, hard to beat the location and view of the water from the small lanai. Kitchen and dishes could have been a little cleaner, but still a quality place to spend a week.
We loved our time in Kaui! This condo had all we needed for the two of us! The grounds were filled with beautiful flowers and plants. We were just a short walk away to see the ocean and the location was a perfect distance to both sides of the island. We enjoyed the birds that came every evening but it was a little challenging with our 5:30 rooster wake up call. The parking was a little challenging too. We had a wonderful experience overall!

Charming and perfect. I really loved it. There was a big storm with flooding during our stay and though it caused difficulties on the island it was spectacular to watch from the living room. The park next door flooded and it was interesting to see the chickens and egrets adapt to the changing conditions. It was nice to be able to walk to shops and beaches.

We stayed 2 weeks, driving to hikes and beaches around the island. The property was clean with a very well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. The grounds are lovingly maintained and neighbors are quiet. My son really enjoyed the pool. Ocean waves lull you to sleep. Some slight street noise from passing cars but it didn't bother me. I'd stay again!

My husband I stayed in PK 202 in mid January and it was very nice. The pictures and description are completely accurate. We have stayed in several different condos in the PK complex because we absolutely love the location. It is across from a nice beach for snorkeling and in a nice area for walking/running. This complex is close to the road and at certain times of the day the traffic can be a bit loud but it is so worth it to be so close to the ocean! PK 202 is not a high-end luxury unit but is comfortable and clean. We like to make most of meals at home and while the kitchen is small it had all the tools we needed. Note: the oven is apartment size so it you want to roast a whole turkey plan accordingly :). There were plenty of kitchen/bath/beach towels and bed linens/pillows. There were newer beach chairs, an umbrella and even some snorkel gear. This condo does not have A/C but we never needed it - we just opened the windows and patio doors to get a lovely cross breeze. We spent most of our time at the beach across the road or in the living room watching the ocean. At night we fell asleep listening to the waves. We would definitely stay in PK 202 again.
Landscaping is well maintained and beautiful.
This is an interesting property. The floorplan is a bit wonky. You have to walk through the bedroom to get to the front room. (Unit 202). Little dated and needs more fans for the room. Or pray for high velocity winds. It gets hot! The pool and BBQ area is nice. Great location for snorkeling, but not for sunbathing. Go to Poipu beach which is a short distance away. There is some sort of park right next to this location that the birds and chickens love. You will be awake at 4am everyday - they are super loud. Overall, it's a decent place. Would use it again.
