Chose this condo because it was closest to the beach path in case we wanted to walk, not realizing that there is not a way to get out of the property at this end so you need tp walk up to the car entrance and backtrack, which makes an already long hot walk even longer. It was too hot to walk anyways so we drove even to the closest beach . The unit itself was great and property managers were very responsive. We have the 3rd bedroom made into one bed and my daughter found it very comfortable. Lots of amenities lots of utensils. Couldn’t get the ice maker to work but sent a message to management when we left and hoping it was working properly for the next person

This property was great. It was close to the beach, the house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked. It was super clean. We would definitely stay here again. The location to the beach and restaurants we awesome.
We just returned from staying at this lovely property and we all agreed it was perfect! Clean, new, spacious, quiet, beautiful grounds, etc.. it was a great location, just a 15 minute easy walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute walk to a shopping center with Starbucks, restaurants, stores. They were very responsive if we had any questions or requests. Overall a great place to base ourselves as we explored the beautiful island-we’d highly recommend the property!!
We found the property to be very nice and convenient to the beach and shopping. The grounds were very well kept. The pool area was also very nice and well kept.
The house was nice and clean. We did have an issue since we arrived late in the evening that there was no ice in the freezer. The ice maker was turned off and there wasn’t much cold filtered water for the group. I turned it on but it was not producing much ice. I called Customer Service and left a message since it was after hours and a Maintenance person came over the next day and he couldn’t find anything wrong and to let it just keep making ice. If it wasn’t working any better the next day to call him. It finally produced more ice but we had gone grocery shopping and bought ice.
The beach supplies were great except the beach umbrella needs to be replaced as it was torn on one end.
I started the dishwasher when we left but it wouldn’t start. It kept saying “to add rinse fluid”. There wasn’t any rinse fluid to add. I am hoping the cleaning service got it run.
All in all we very much enjoyed our trip to beautiful Kauai.

We wanted to explore as much of the island as we could during our trip and the location of this rental was perfect! We had quick responses from the rental manager and the home was quiet and so relaxing. Having access to the pool and hot tub was also nice.
Condo was an awesome size for a family of 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen and supples for beach were great.
Our family had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in Kauai. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of beds and room for all of us. Property was super clean and very modern. I highly recommend this property.
The location was perfect, house was clean, and the hosts were very responsive. Would recommend!
Places is a newer model home. Everything is really nice and clean pretty much. Everything is within walking distance. If you need it only issues there’s a lot of construction going on large truck driving early in the morning.
The property was great nice location. Walking distance to some amenities (restaurant, Starbucks, beach is a 15 minute walk. They provide everything you’ll need. Beach toys, 4 nice beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest. My only complaint is that the beach towels are Turkish towels which aren’t great for drying off after a swim in the ocean. I suggest you bring your own beach towels because they are expensive to purchase. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks so much for sharing your home!
We had a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed the privacy of the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the back patio. It's a beautiful home, and really had everything we needed- down to the salt and pepper!

Nice condo and clean. Great location abd convenient check-in and rental process. With the size of condo needs new living room furniture to accommodate the larger 3 bedroom size condo. Couch is too small and not comfortable for a family. Overall, beautiful condo and lovely stay at Pili Mai. Mahalo!!
Condo was very nice, spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen. Nice amenities and walkable to shops, Starbucks, restaurants. It was a very comfortable home away from home
This condo was clean, comfortable, and fit our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids including an infant) perfectly. One of the master bedrooms even had a large closet that was great for putting our crib and baby.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking for a family - we made lunch and dinner there every day and night. When we had an issue with the oven, the property manager helped us, and was very responsive.
The location is minutes away (walking or driving) from shops, a delicious coffee stand with amazing açaí bowls, markets, and beaches.
Our only complaints are that initial communication with the host upon booking was very poor; I asked a few times if there was a travel crib so we didn’t have to travel with ours, and never heard back until the day we arrived, which wasn’t helpful.
The other thing is that this property doesn’t have access to the nearby athletic club, which has an amazing family pool, and cool open gym (which is important to us because we workout everyday). That was a big bummer. But we were told the condo is on the waitlist, so if by the time you’re reading this, they’ve been able to get a partnership with the club, know that it’s a great amenity. The pool in Pili Mai is nice though.
Overall a great stay in Kauai.
