We love Kauai, we've been there 3 times over the last 3 years. Poipu is an excellent home base to explore the island. We love the location of the property, just across the street from the Sunset Wall and a short walk to the shopping area. The unit was clean and well stocked with some everyday essentials. The view from the lanai was perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. Being just steps away from the elevator was a bonus making it easy to carry in luggage golf clubs and groceries. We highly recommend staying here. A1 Experience!!

Very well appointed accommodations. Lots of clear communication with the owners. Plenty of amenities including beach gear and snorkeling equipment. Location to the beach at the Sheraton is excellent, as well as location to the shopping areas. Absolute best sunsets on the island just across the street sitting on the sea wall. Everything in the condo felt higher end and there was nothing that felt as if the owners were trying to save a buck. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is excellent. The complex is very quiet when it should be and active after the late mornings until sunset, though never intrusively loud. At least when we have stayed at this complex, the vibe has felt very friendly and relaxing with a mix of families, owners and couples. Having the AC is nice. The bedroom stayed very cool, but managing the temps in the front room takes a little work keeping the blinds closed during the sunny hours, primarily when the sun has moved to the balcony side. Admittedly, a July stay is always warm on the Island. The owner has set the minimum temperature for the climate control at 73. We felt the the cost of the unit for our week stay provided very good value. We enjoyed our stay here and it is highly likely we will stay here again.
This is a beautiful property with a fantastic location. Walking and driving distance to all the places you need. Highly recommend for couples and families!
My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay at Poipu Kapili! The condo was prefect for our week long vacation to Kauai. The condo had amazing views from the balcony, a very comfortable mattress, and was stocked full of beach equipment. We hope to return one day!
We loved our visit to Kauai and staying in this lovely condo. We hiked, golfed, snorkeled and had some great food.
The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything you need including beach gear. The view is beautiful. Owners were quick to respond to any and all questions. Check in and out communications were great. The condo is in a very good location. Convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. If I ever make it to Kauai again, I hope to get to stay here.
We had the best stay in Poipu! Wonderful location, walking distance to beach. The condo was beautiful and wonderfully decorated. It has all the essentials as well. Communicated with host was prompt and very informative. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!
We loved our stay. Beautiful location with great sunsets. Clean, large condo. Great parking right next to the unit. Pool was so nice, met some really nice people at the pool every day.
Our tome at Kevin and Collin’s exceeded our expectations as first time visitors to Popiu. We loved the proximity to the ocean, beaches and amenities. I highly recommend as a place to land after a day of adventures!

We loved the location of this condo — just a stone throw from the ocean and close to great beaches, shopping, and many restaurants. The condo was as described. Great little pool. Comfortable bed. With no central AC it got a bit toasty in the afternoon. We used the AC unit in the bedroom during the night. Having two baths was a plus.
This was a spacious and lovely unit. Poipu is a great location for beaches, sunsets, shopping and sunshine. We were lucky to see monk seals resting on the beach at Poipu--magnificent creatures. In general the unit is well stocked. I would recommend that the master bath have some renovation--toilet is extremely low and the shower stall is small. The other bathroom was the one we used which was better equipped. The property is well maintained and the fellow residents were friendly.
We had so much- thank you so much! Just wanted to let you know the soap dispenser in large bathroom didn’t really work. Also the screen and slider to patio was stuck a lot. But didn’t make a difference, just wanted you to be made aware. Thanks!
This was our 31st year of vacationing at the Kapili, it is our home away from home. We had a great time using the pool, bbq, and lovely grounds. It is close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, and many other island activities. We will definitely be back soon.

Vacation does not get much more relaxing than this - near boat tours originating in Port Allen, oceanfront hiking, Waimea Canyon and wonderful dining experiences.
My husband and I loved this place. It was very clean, large, well-decorated, and comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing! We walked across the street every night to view the sunset. Great location! We’ll rent it again.
Spent a fabulous nine days in Kauai and loved staying at this condo. Perfect location. The ocean is so much closer than it looks in the pictures! So many great places to walk to, including beaches, restaurants, etc. Owners are very responsive.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously The accommodations were spacious and comfy. The place was clean and well cared for. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Our favorite part was watching the sunset with a glass of wine. It was a lovely way to end the day after exploring the beautiful island.
My wife and I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Poipu Kapili 46. Our hosts were easy to work with and provided us with an incredibly beautiful unit for our weeks stay. The view from the balcony at sunset was amazing.
