The condo and property are gorgeous! The view is lovely from the lanai. I had my morning coffee there every day and many of my evening meals. My body may be back at home, but my mind and soul are still there. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated having air conditioning as it made for a very comfortable stay. 10/10 would stay here again!!
The property was better than our expectations. Lots of extras like laundry detergent, sun screen, and other consumables that you usually don't get. Great location in walking distance to waterfront resorts/restaurants and shopping. Well equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals at home.
Condo was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possible need. Ocean view was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely spot to stay while vacationing on Kauai. Everything you could want, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous views and privacy! The management company - Cynthia - were extremely responsive with any questions!! We would highly recommend!!!
Great condo!! The unit is everything in the pictures and more. It was very well insulated. I never heard the neighbors even though they were there most the same times we were. It was soooo clean!! Great attractions and shopping near by. You should stay here!!!
We are so impressed at how comfortable, clean and well appointed this condo is. The managers make it really easy to arrive and get settled with excellent communication, and that excellent communication continues when you get there. The furnishings are super comfortable. The AC keeps the temperature perfect without leaving you feeling like you are in a cooler. This is the kind of rental you can spend lots of time in relaxing and being comfortable, using as a home base for your other activities, or both. We will surely stay here again. Thank you to the owners and managers who have put such excellent care and attention into making this an excellent destination.
Very nice condo, with beautiful views overlooking the pool, the ocean and the sunset. Great location! They have everything you need to make your vacation wonderful. We plan to stay again.
Everything it promised in the listing and more. Kitchen… quality appliances and ample dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Bathrooms clean with ample TP for our stay which a lot of places just give you a role or two and then you need to buy. That seems like a small detail but this property covers it all including the little things like that and I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. Washer dryer was a huge plus, full size and quality. Pool and beach towels quality and beach chairs and more were available for our use. Cynthia was responsive prior to and during our stay to answer any questions I had. I plan on returning to this property again!
This condo is in the perfect location for visiting Kauai. Easy access to all sides of the island. The condo itself was fully stocked with all the items you need for a short or long stay. We stayed 5 nights and cooked breakfast every morning and sat on the patio and ate and gazed at the ocean. It was the best! Bed slept very well and having 2 bathrooms make things very convenient. No fighting for getting ready space! AC worked very well too, very important for travelers from a hot summer climate.
Also beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items are included!

Poipu Kapili was a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, had everything we could possibly need as far as cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, linens, bathroom products, beach towels, and etc. The balcony gave us a wonderful view of the swimming pool and ocean. The beds were so comfortable.
We hope to return.
