We had a wonderful trip and the condo was a big part of that. It was fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space! Mike was very communicative and a fantastic host. We would book this one again!!!

Family vacation and to attend beach wedding.
There were 9 of us and the condo easily accommodated us. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc., so well, and there were plenty of beach towels and other supplies. The location is perfect, with 2 shopping villages very close by, and the beach just a short walk. The resort property is gorgeous and well kept. The impressive thing of our entire stay was the responsiveness of the property manager, Peggy, the owner, Mike, and the helpfulness of the condo manager, Sheila. The focus on customer service was outstanding, and I have recommended this property to a family member for their future trip. Thank you for the hospitality and for making our stay on Kaua’i a memorable time!
Nice and roomy,close to the beach!
We loved our first trip to Kuaui! The condo was the perfect size for our needs. My teenagers used the loft with 3 beds while we had the upstairs bedroom. The other bedrooms downstairs were for extended family. The 2 lanais were perfect to sit and drink a cup of tea or eat a meal. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo is an easy walk to Poipu beach with big waves for those that want them and a calm area with the sea turtles. Beautiful sunsets at Poipu as well. We loved walking to Shirpwreck beach for sunrises. The beach towels and beach equipment came in very handy! The owner and property manager were very responsive to us when the AC was not working and got us additional fans to help keep us comfortable.
Perfect condo for our family of nine, accommodations for everyone. Provided beach equipment was a plus for us. Very nice short walk to beaches. Also nice to be able to walk to Kalapacki Joes whenever for eats and drinks.Would stay here again in the future.
Let me start by saying that everything was exactly as stated in the Vrbo ad for this property and it was perfect for our family of 8. We stayed for 10 nights (actually only 9 because the airline robbed us of the first night!) It was my wife and I, my parents, my sister and her husband, and my brother and his wife. It was the perfect size and we never felt that we were in each other's way. Sure, it's an older property, but they keep it up very well. There are 3 pools to use and hot tubs on the property which are very nice and it's a short 10 minute walk to the beaches where we saw sea turtles every day, Hawaiian Monk Seals, and of course chickens. LOL. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and setting. Michael was a great host and very quick to respond to all of my questions! Thanks Michael !!!
We loved the property. Very close to the beaches. Pools were excellent. Livingroom rug could use a cleaning. Lots of room for our party of 6.
This is a nice property and was very easy to get to as well as centrally located for our activities. Two beautiful beaches were within easy walking distance. The condo was clean but a little older so we felt comfortable just relaxing.

Amazing location close to every thing we wanted to do on our vacation. Pools and hot tub very clean loved it. Thanks for the accommodation will book again and refer to friends
Masterbed room had candy under the bed and tucked in the bed,plus plastic lids and cotton balls under it. Tooth brush holder was still full of toothpaste. Stove, microwave and counters were dirty. Old apple core under living room table. Upstairs bed spreads had stuff on them. Not a great start. This trip on VRBO was the worst.
This condo had everything you could ask for. Plenty of kitchen pans, dishes..etc. Also had extra beach equipment if needed. Great location to beach within walking distance to several. Would book this property again. 5 stars *****
we absolutely loved our stay! It was exactly as promised. It was in walking distance to the beach and this amazing little coffee place. The condo had ample room and was very clean. The beach equipment available was an extremely nice addition and made our stay that much better. I would definitely go back in future.
Loved all the different beaches for all different ages. Sea turtles everyday. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool too.
We had a great week at Michael's condo in Poipu--the condo itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the location is fantastic, so close to the beach and the pools. The condo was super clean, and had everything we needed for a great week, including a well-stocked kitchen and beach supplies. The amenities at the location were great--we used the pool and the grills, which worked great and were not crowded. Parking was easy.
Hawaii is full of little secret hidaways. I would say this is another one. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future
We booked this property for our family of 8 adults. The layout and size worked perfectly. The location couldn't have been more convenient. We could easily walk to a couple of beaches that had great snorkeling and tons of sea turtles and monk seals. Other locations that we wanted to visit were an easy drive. It was great to have beach chairs and snorkel gear available at the condo. We used them every day! As with most rentals, the interior was showing some wear but the space was clean and safe.
Nice unit worked great for us nice that it had beach toys if we had know before getting ours. easy access. The one thing we didnt like, Scared my Girlfriend to the core about ruined our stay was her coming back from the beach by her self and some strange guy inside the unit. He said he was there to caulk the tub. we called the management unit and it took a while to find out he was schedule by the owner. That was just bad practice. caulking a tub isnt something that should be done when people are using a tub in about an hour. and it is something that isnt an emergency.
