This was our second stay at this condo. It is extremely well located and close to beaches/restaurants/coffee. It is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. There is good water pressure in the showers and the AC units keep the place cool and comfortable. The living room is also comfortable to hang out in with a lovely large tv screen. The outdoor patio is very nice to sit at and read or have a cup of coffee. The unit is very close to the pool/jacuzzi which is very convenient. They provided beach equipment as well. I would highly recommend this unit. We will definitely rent it for a third time on our next trip to Kauai.

This was a great location. Able to walk to the beach and see the turtles every morning and evening. It was a short drive to our planned activities and plenty of space for my family of 5. It had everything we needed for our stay from beach supplies to a beautiful kitchen to be able to cook a few meals. They even make sure that there are a few basics to get you through the morning if you happen to be a late arrival. Communication was excellent and all instructions were emailed as well as left out for us. We definitely would choose to stay here again if it is available the next time we come.
Another amazing stay with my family (including 15yo son). Well-stocked suite and excellent grounds, pool, bbqs, and building. Easy check-in and checkout.
Place was great for my family. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking, very organized and clean. Beach gear was great to use. Poipu beach and area was awesome. House was good location to explore all over Kauai . Would stay there again.

The condo was in a perfect location and was exactly as pictured.The condo had beautiful furniture and all of the different kitchen items we needed.It was a short walk to Poipu Beach where we saw turtles every day! The grounds are absolutely beautiful with lovely tropical flowers. We plan to come back.

This condo was beautiful, very well appointed with everything and more that we needed, and had very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. . We are a family of five traveling with three teenagers. There is a pool and hot tub right just steps from the door. The best part to us was that we could walk to Poipu Beach or Brenneke Beach in about 10-12 minutes on a beautiful sidewalk that was easy to roll the wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler and body boards provided by the condo. After a day at the beach we would walk back down for the sunset at night and to see the sea turtles. The condo is even bigger than the pictures portray and communication was very fast with the property manager. There is a lanai to relax outside the condo- it only has a view of another condo building but there is a lot of foliage that still makes it pretty. The condo also comes with access to Poipu Beach Club, which is about a 4 minute drive up the road that had great gym equipment, a pretty pool with a slide and tennis and pickle ball courts. Would highly recommend this condo!
I Had high expectations and they were all met and even exceeded no one our party wanted to go home the condo was beautiful. Great location within 30 seconds or less of the pool and Jacuzzi. would book again and not waste my time Looking at other properties overall super excellent

Enjoyed large family vacation with three units in same complex. Pool and beach close. Wonderful to have own kitchen and laundry facilities. This unit is a little dated but everything else overshadows.

Very nice condo, had everything we needed for a week! Loved being able to walk to the beach, beach towels and amenities were excellent. Great kitchen, comfy beds and bathrooms. Would absolutely stay again.
The photos of this home did not do justice to the property. The high ceilings, large rooms, extra amenities, and easy access to the property was a nice surprise. We have VRBO’d places over a dozen homes and this one takes the cake! Thank you for all the extras and top notch kitchen, bathroom and bedroom essentials.
The Condo was wonderful. The Lanai could have been a little bigger for 4 adults, but it was still nice to have a lanai. It is a beautiful place to stay.
This is a great property. This area in Poipu feels like you are staying in a large resort. Multiple pools you can hit up, easy walk to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches, and a really clean a quite environment. You can't go wrong staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Regency 111. The property had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen essentials, and beach chairs/wagons.
The short walk to the beach via the greenbelt was nice with all the beautiful vegetation. Location is close to everything including Old Koloa town and Port Allen if you want to do a Napali coast tour from the southside.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in this condo many times as the location and comfort of the condo is great. We came to vacation and primarily to visit with family who live on Kauai. We had lots of memorable visits with family which was awesome! We swam in the pool, boogie boarded and body surfed ar Brennecke’s, hiked the Mahaulepu trail, went zip lining ( Back County), and went on a sunset/snorkel cruise with Blue Dolphin. We ate at Wranglers in Waimea and got lots of shave ice from Uncles, burgers from Bubbas and pizza from Brick Oven. This particular condo is extremely comfortable. It has air conditioning which was a must for our family. It was very clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed. There are lots of kitchen items and cookware as well as silverware. It was nice to utilize the BBQ just steps away for grilling. We would highly recommend this condo as you won’t be disappointed!

The rental was perfect for our family of four (1 child, 1 senior, 2 adults) as we navigated the island. A lot of tours begin in Poipu, so the location of this rental was really ideal and most drives to the various tours we took (i.e., Ziplining, horse back riding, and Na Pali boat tour) only took between 5-30 minutes to get to. The layout and amenities were accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Also the managing service provided alerts, reminders, etc. that were helpful for our arrival. Would definitely come back to this rental if we ever come back to Kauai! Thank you for making our trip relaxing and fun!

From the minute we stepped onto the property we were in paradise. The property is so well maintained and lush. The unit itself was clean and had everything you could need. All of the cookware was quality along with plates and etc. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay and slept well in all the beds and pull out couch. The unit provides plenty of towels and beach toys. The walk to the beach is short which we loved. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re able to return.
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It is even better than the pictures- very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. The lanai was great for morning coffee and eating outside every night. The property itself is so well maintained-gardens and pools were lovely. A short ten minute walk down to Poipu beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets, swimming and turtle and seal viewing.
We were impressed with the property manager as well. We had to call her about a smoke detector issue and she promptly came over to assist us (thank you Vicki!).
We would definitely rent this property again and do not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Our accommodations were perfect. Everything was positive. I would highly ecommend this property and would stay here again.
We spent an incredibly wonderful 10-day vacation here as a family. Our four children and we were delighted with the apartment. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the quiet location with the parking lot, the nearby pool with two great Weber grills, the excellently equipped kitchen and, to our great surprise, the many beach utensils, e.g. bodyboards, snorkeling equipment and toys.
We found the apartment very nicely decorated and immediately felt at home. We never had rain, so we were always at the pool, on the beach or in the club. However, if it should rain, there is a TV, games, books and of course the club on site. You can also go shopping in Lihue.
The communication was so good and everything was so clearly described that we had no questions for the reception. We felt very well informed and everything went very smoothly.
We wholeheartedly recommend the apartment 100 percent and will be very happy to return.
Thank you very much for this great opportunity to enjoy a vacation in Poipu.
