The place was in a really good location so close to the beach and other prime locations on the south side. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to use and the pool was perfect if you wanted to swim without the sand. It was nice that it also had good ac in the two bedrooms.Communication was a bit challenging. I was told I would receive an email prior to check in with check in and check out instructions. I asked for that a few times and never got it. We also coordinated an early check in to show up at 2 pm and arrived to have the cleaners still there with no notice we were coming and still about an hour left of work. I felt bad showing up early while they were there. I would have rather just been told we couldn’t do an early check in. Upon checkout I had to ask for the check out instructions a few times before I finally got them the night before checkout. The place is pretty well stocked with kitchen utensils and dish ware, but double check if things are clean before using them. (Several cups had mold in them.)The listing advertises that it can sleep over 4 but doesn’t clarify that anyone over 4 would have to sleep on an air mattress or couch.
Lovely location, nearby beaches, charming birds, and geckos, fully equipped from rice cooker to boogie boards & beach umbrellas, space to spread out over two floors, and outdoor spaces! We had a wonderful stay!
We loved this place. Convenient location to beach, spacious rooms with all the supplies and a well-stocked kitchen. My favorite spot was the lanai. I enjoyed sitting there listening to birds and the smell of plumeria every morning and evening. It was very relaxing. We appreciate all the beach equipment provided by the owner. My boys enjoyed boogie boarding at Poipu Beach. There was a power outage on our last day of stay, but that was out of the owner's or the management team's control because it happened to the whole area. Since we were about to check out that morning, it didn’t cause too much trouble for us. We really enjoyed this cozy place and definitely recommend it to everyone.
Very nice location in Poipu. Wonderful property at the end of a duplex allows for a very private feeling. House was clean and excellently set up for my husband and two boys. Courtney was very friendly and responded to questions quickly. The property had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. Definitely would stay again
