We loved the fabulous ocean view. Great to have the beach stuff available,too. The condo is so centrally located. Nicely furnished with kitchen items. We want to visit again sometime.
Exceptional view! Nice place. Wow! The place included just about everything a traveller might forget! Well thought out by the owner! Sitting on back porch we watched turtles swim in the ocean. Top snorkeling sites very close by.

We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t say enough about how thoughtfully this condo was prepared. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the owners put great care into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable and convenient stay.The bathroom was stocked with extras we didn’t expect—body wash, sunscreen lotion and spray, a hair dryer with a diffuser, liquid hand soap, and plenty of soft towels. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more!)—pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, prep bowls, measuring cups and spoons, a toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, dish towels, sponge, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods—the list goes on. It made cooking and cleanup a breeze.We also really appreciated the beach gear: four chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a small cooler, and even ice packs waiting in the freezer. The extras didn’t stop there—there were books, playing cards, a yoga mat, and a foam roller in the living room, and even thoughtful touches in the bedroom like a laundry basket, luggage holder, and a sweeper.Having access to the shared laundry room (with two washers and dryers at 2.50 per load) near the elevator was a big bonus. Our unit was at the end of the building closest to the street, but it was still very quiet and peaceful. There was also a nearby stairwell that made it super easy to get to and from the parking area.Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring the south side of the island. The small

Stayed 5 nights on a 25th Anniversary trip! June 17th-21st. Unit location is absolutely perfect! Unit faces an ocean cove. We woke up every morning before sunrise. Grab a cup of coffee and relax in the adirondack chairs on the lanai and watch the sunrise. Doesn't get much better than that. There is a fantastic restraunt call the beach house ( recommend getting a bar top seat reservation) next door to the condo property. Did the happy hour before an early dinner. Great snorkeling and surfing in front of the beach house as well as a popular spot to watch the sunset. Plenty of shopping and restraunts within a few minutes near by. We did rent a car to get around. Stopped by the Safeway by the airport to load up on food before checking in. Property has everything you need in the kitchen. We slept with the windows open. If you wake up in the middle of the night due to the sounds of ocean waves. Then your in the right place. I see reviews that mention the unit is close to the road. Live with it, your in paradise! We went on an excursion and visited a few different beaches. We took a Napoli coast raft trip via ocean blue adventures. Also went to brennecke's beach and took the provided boogie boards in the unit. Recommend eating at Brennecke's beach broiler restaurant. Overall the unit was fantastic! Location again is perfect. Property grounds are well kept. Great and timely communication with the host.East decision to stay again!
Our stay at Kuhio Shores was as advertised in the VRBO listing. While the noise from Lawa'i Road was at times distracting it was never annoying. We toured the entire island of Kauai from this location. The information provided enabled us to choose a location that met our trip's sightseeing objectives and vacation goals. A 25-minute drive from the Lihue Airport, this corner unit has great views from the Lanai, easy access to South and West shore beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and a boat tour of the Napali Coast. The Lanai overlooks Hoai Bay, what a beautiful sight to wake up to and end the day on. The Beach House Restaurant is a five-minute walk along the backside of Kuhio Shores. Don't miss diner at the Beach House, book a sunset reservation and enjoy the hundreds of Green Parakeets arriving to nest for the night. We spent our last day in Kauai at Salt Pond Beach Park. It was not as crowded as the other beaches in the Poipu area with coves for snorkeling, covered pavilions and restrooms covered. Mahalo
Picture perfect! The location is quiet & the condo is on an outside corner, with a fantastic view! The bed was very comfortable. The host was in touch with detailed instructions for check in, info about amenities & surrounding atea. A totally stress free stay! Beautifully decorated and we enjoyed time on the lanai! We used beach chairs on a nearby beach.We would book this again!
Nice Clean Condo, we had everything we needed except not enough toilet paper. Only one package was there for a 8 day stay. There were no extra batteries for the air conditioner/fan in the condo. The batteries that were enclosed were dead. Disappointed that the beach near the condo was not described correctly. You could walk to it but it was very small, crowed and not good for swimming. You have to drive to go to Poipu Beech which is nice. Better directions could have been given to us for checking in because nobody was in the building. Needed better direction for parking pass. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall we would stay here again. Enjoyed our first visit to Hawaii!
What a pleasant experience to enjoy this condo that looks out onto a tiny bay where the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean waves provides a constant reminder to live in the moment. Contact with the owners was great. The Condo was well equipped with beach gear and helped stocked with a starter pack of Hawaiian coffee for the drip coffee maker. We recommend swinging by Costco in Lihue on the way to Po’’Ipo to stock up on food supplies. Great location. The staff at the Condo were so welcoming. An elderly gentleman warmly greeted us, helped make sure we had the parking pass for the rental car and shared tips on the area. Just a great way to enjoy. kaau’i
We had an amazing time at this condo! Beautiful location, beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai (our favorite!), very accommodating host who allowed an early check in AND out due to flight/schedule changes, not to mention adding an entire NIGHT :)
Easy check in, quiet building, great turtle watching from the balcony. AC. snorkeling beach next to property. Good location to drive up the canyon, get to hikes and farmers market. Make sure to pick up some sweet or savoury pie from the Real Slice in Kalaheo and the cinnamon buns from the Midnight Bear in Hanapepe.

My spouse & I stayed here for a week for our anniversary & it was incredible. The condo is great & has everything you’ll need if you’re planning to cook for yourself while you’re there. The view is amazing & location is ideal with plenty of restaurants & shops nearby, & so close to Poipu beach. Our favorite nearby place for coffee & breakfast was Little Fish! We loved being in an end unit so there was no foot traffic next to our unit. Everything was clean & the bed is comfortable, too! Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were graciously provided & stored on the lanai. The hosts were very responsive & kind. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this quiet, sparkling clean, well equipped condo. Every afternoon we watched the turtles swimming from our balcony. Also beautiful sunrises. Excellent location beside beach house restaurant where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets and a fabulous anniversary dinner. Highly recommend this condo!!

This condo was perfect for our stay on Kauai. Very comfortable and clean. We saw turtles in the surf off the lanai every day. We used the beach chairs and small cooler (snorkeling gear would have been nice)😊. We prepared meals daily and really appreciated the quality cookware (not mismatched/ warn out). We didn’t use the dishwasher as there were only 4 dinner plates, a few more would be nice. One of the clothes dryers was not working properly, when I notified the mgmt I was promptly reimbursed. The a/c kept us comfortable, especially while sleeping. Mahalo

It is a great place for surfing and bodysurfing. We enjoyed watching them every evening while the sun was setting!
My wife and I requested an earlier check in and Audrey was kind enough to accommodate it. The condo was even nicer and more spacious than expected. It was super clean! The view was excellent and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. Being an end unit was very nice too. A true home away from home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
My husband and I had a great time here. We saw more Sea turtles than we could count, plus tons of Parakeets every evening. The condo was very clean, cozy, and spacious. The bed is actually king size, though the listing says queen, which was a nice surprise! We were close to a nice shopping center, great beaches, and lots of restaurants. The view from the lanai is beautiful, and we often went down to the grass to watch the surfers and the sunset. The hosts were lovely and responsive and check-in was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!
