We stayed here with my family, four adults and two children (one and three years old). We were in heaven.
The location, right across the street from the park/beach basically, was ideal for beach days. It made it easy for the little ones to return for naps, yet some of us could relax by the beach. Food within walking or close driving distance. Kauai is our favorite island, and this has now become our most favorite place to stay. Everyday the beach gifted us with turtles coming onto shore (although please be respectful with distance so they can rest in this protected environment.
The accommodation is a large two story home. We had room for more family, which we hope to bring with us next time. There are two large bedrooms/large bathrooms upstairs, with a large lovely balcony, and another large bedroom/bathroom downstairs.
Also downstairs is a game room (ping pong table, etc.).
Everything you need, and more, is provided (whether by the owners or families who have left useful items - chairs, boards, children's buckets, umbrellas, even two beach bikes, etc). They also had two children's safety gates which were priceless for us being upstairs.
The company is top notch with kindness and communication. They want this to be the best experience for you, and trust me, it absolutely is. I wouldn't hesitate to book any property with them.
We loved our accommodations from the moment we walked in, and within a day they're already planning our return next year.

We loved our stay here. Lanai overlooking beach and park. Bedrooms very nice with comfy beds. Family space great for 7 people.. we loved all the beach things there, chairs, cooler, floaty tubes, water shoes, snorkle and fins. Right next to surf rental shop and 2 restaraunts.
Such a great location. Poipu & Brenneke beach are right across the street, like right there. Great kitchen with all the things you’d need to cook about any kind of meal and nice grill on the lanai. I recommend grabbing your groceries after you leave the airport. Just bring your own tote bags (no plastic bags at the stores). There’s a target, Walmart, Safeway and Costco all there.
Puka Dogs make a great smoked sausage (and offer a veggie dog!) and are just down the block. Six beach towels are provided as well as all the soap, shampoo and conditioner you could need.
Wonderful experience at this excellently located and well equipped home. Fantastic large deck to facilitate family time with views of ocean. My only negative comment would be that at this price point there should be cable TV service. Management was very prompt and courteous to requests and assistance as needed. This home was the perfect location, a 2 minute walk across the street to Poipu and Brennecke beaches. They had all the best gear- boogie boards, snorkels, beach equipment, etc. The kitchen has all cookwear, nice appliances, etc. The HVAC was a nice extra as it was quite warm. we stayed with 3 kiddos and our nanny, who had a separate area to retreat to downstairs. We will be back!
The house was great. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of space for everyone. Well equipped to fix almost any meal. Location right across the street from Poipu Beach. We sat on the grass in the park and watched the waves come in. Walked down the beach and saw turtles everyday and even monk seals sunning themselves. A quick walk across the street to watch the beautiful sunsets. Really enjoyed our stay.
The location is perfect for families that want to boogie board, snorkel and surf. The house was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean/beach and included a large deck with table, chairs and loungers. Half of the deck is covered which was nice to still be able to sit outside when it occassionally rained. It's an easy drive from the airport and located right next door to a surf shop and restaurant. We saw turtles and whales every day! It's also only about a half hour drive from the boat launch for Captain Andy's (we did the raft tour which was amazing!) It's also only about an hour or so to Waimea Canyon and lookouts - definitely a must see while in the area! Kelly was great to work with and check in/out was seamless. We also really appreciated the beach chairs that were available. The kitchen had everything we could possible have needed, the beds were really comfortable and everything was very clean. Location is perfect. There is a very short walk to the beach. We saw turtles, whales and monk seals everyday. The sunsets draw people from all over the island. Proximity to the beach and park is a natural habitat for a lot of noisy roosters. We did grow use to them after our first night. Property was lovely. High end appliances in the kitchen. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Kelly was very responsive to any questions we had.
