I have just returned from an unforgettable 10-day getaway in Kauai! The spacious condo comfortably accommodated six adults and was ideally located just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. We took full advantage of the sunny weather with all the provided beach essentials, including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Additionally, our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
This is a beautiful property and convenient to Poipu beaches. We had everything we needed, which made our stay excellent! Everything about this booking and stay was easy and marvelous. We will stay here again.
We loved our stay at Regency. The condo was in an amazing location! It is just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and one of the most scenic hikes on the island. The condo is huge. It had everything we needed for grilling, beaching and laundry. Some of the beach equipment could use updated but we considered having it a bonus. We couldn’t have had a better home base! Mike answered every question we had quickly.
This place was wonderful. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable and spacious, and we loved the beach equipment. If we're fortunate enough to return to Kauai, we'll be staying here!

This property is a in a great location with a short walk to beaches and the house was perfect size for 6 adults. The house came stocked with all the beach equipment including a beach wagon. Overall, If you’re looking for a quiet location near beaches this is your spot.

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time.
Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat.
Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier!
We’ll be back!
Beautiful, clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. We really appreciated the beach equipment, especially the wagon! The sheets were so comfortable- we all want to know what kind you use?
Perfectly appointed for families. Close to Brenneckes Beach for boogie boarding and Poipu Beach for snorkeling and sea turtle watching. We had a wonderful stay!
