Great stay! It’s kinda more like a hotel resort than a VRBO. You have to check in at a hotel desk and they give you key cards for the beach towels.Overall the condo was really nice though! Nice modern appliances. Well kept and updated. The location is perfect and it’s a short walk to the beach! You can see the beach from the patio.Most of the windows aren’t really windows. they’re just screens with shades so it can be very load from outside noises. Especially when the sprinklers come on right next to the window at 6 AM every morning.

We booked this trip very last minute. The owner, Brendan, was very helpful. He responded to communications quickly and was very easy to book with. Any questions we had he answered right away. The unit is amazing. It’s upgraded and beautiful. Having a washer and dryer was a big added bonus. We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation before but never in a unit with AC. It hasn’t ever been a deal breaker but this unit spoiled us with AC! It was nice to come back to the room hot and turn it on to cool us off quickly! Kitchen has everything you need. We did a lot of cooking instead of eating out and it was helpful to have all the utensils we needed. Bed was super comfy and even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. It’s a fairly short walk to the beach and you can even see the ocean from the lanai. We would definitely stay again!

Arrived to an immaculate, modern, and location perfect unit in our favorite property (Kiahuna) in our favorite location (Poipu), within walking distance of restaurants and beach activities. Unit is as described and pictured on VRBO site, and we fully recommend it to anyone interested in a restful escape to paradise.

This particular property is part of Kiahuna Plantation. The condo was well-appointed with relatively new appliances. The kitchen and bathroom had been nicely remodeled. We found the condo to be perfect for a week long stay on Kauai. The property is maintained well and garden like with beautiful grass lawns and immediate access to the bleach. For runners the location is also perfect as you can run in either direction for miles as well as hike near shipwreck beach. The location is also perfect for access to the airport and the major sites on Kauai. We would stay here again in an instant.
We've stayed on property several times and this is by far the nicest unit we've been to. The unit is fully upgraded with brand new appliances and kitchen countertops. The location is perfect, next to parking and steps from the beach. Communication was great with the owner. We hope to be back--thank you!!
Excellent location near great beaches. Resort had beautiful landscaping. Perfect place to forget i have a job for 2 weeks!
Beautiful grounds. Love the view of the ocean from the rental. Near to everything but seems so private.
