This house was perfect for me and my family of 6, great location and lots of food and shopping within walking distance. House was very comfortable and beautiful, lots of room, great appliances and extras and the company was very accommodating to our needs and went above for us. Highly recommend for any family considering this location.

This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable condo with restaurants, shopping, resorts, and beaches just a few minutes away. Three spacious bedrooms, full kitchen and three full bathrooms. You can even see the mountains and the ocean from the balcony. Poipu Beach is a perfect getaway and this is a great place to stay with your family.

Loved the 3 beds and 3 baths and all the windows. Definitely would rebook. Well stocked condo. The things I would change has to do with a different design aesthetic. Like the padding on the bench is too big and not comfortable. The TVs do not have the same access. One TV in the master bedroom has HBO where the one in the family room does not.
Great location, easy check in, clean condo!
Great location and plenty of room for our family if 7! It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to sit on Lanai every morning and drink coffee and watch the sunrise together! Some rooms were cooler than others with the a/c, but overall the temperature was comfortable. Loved the beach towels provided, and the beach toys, but would have loved a few more boogie boards. We just ended up renting a few more. Great location close to restaurants and shops, but it would have been nice to maybe have a guide with some of the local restaurants and menus, excursions and grocery stores. Overall, we had the most amazing vacation and would definitely book again!

This place was gorgeous! It was very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, containers, ziplocks, and more. The bedrooms were very nice and large. Lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a high chair for my grandson to use. Also lots of beach toys in the garage. This place is amazing, and I can’t wait to stay there again!

This condo was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. Easy access to the beach. The hosts had a completely stocked kitchen, cooler to take to the beach, chairs and snorkel gear and body boards. Everything was thought of.

Beautiful condo! Clean, large rooms. Easy parking. Gorgeous porch. Steps from the Pool. 10 Min walk from restaurants and shopping. 5 min drive to see the Sea Turtles at PoiPu Beach. Definitely will stay again!

We loved our stay here! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us plenty of space for our whole family! The kitchen was well equipped, including extras such as sandwich bags and a few spices. There were several beach chairs, which we used several times as well as a cooler.
The location is great for the south side of the island! It is a few minutes from multiple beaches, shopping and dining.
The condo could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, which is why I didn't give 5 stars across the board. Overall, I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It completely fit my family, we had everything we needed. I do wish they had one thing in the home: I wish there was a binder with everything we needed to know, including how to use the TV's and their remotes, and what we do if something isn't working. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Would for sure stay again.
The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! We could walk to the beach for sunset (shy of a mile) which was nice. There was plenty of room for 6 of us (2 teens and 4 adults). The master bath was gorgeous! Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, but not spices or things like that. I would highly recommend.

The Condo was perfect for our family. We have a large family of 7 and the kids had plenty of space. I loved that it was an End Unit with lots of windows and space.Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Great place to stay with your family.
Layout and accommodations were perfect for our group of 6( including two teenagers). Beautiful condo, nicely landscaped and decorated and close to the pool, shopping, dining and beaches. This was the first time we stayed on the southern part of Kauai and it won’t be our last. Would definitely want to stay in this unit again. We were in Hawaii island hopping for 24 days and the beds were the most comfortable here. It could use better lighting in the master bath, but that is a small issue. I have seen comments on reviews of various Hawaiian units complaining about bugs. I think people need to remember they are in a tropical climate and be very mindful about food storage and keeping countertops clean, it is part of island life it necessarily an indication of overall maintenance and cleanliness.

Great location and lots of room. We loved this location but we ran into some issues. Usually you have expectations for this kind of cost to stay. They need to clean better and get regular pest control treatments. Counter was dirty, mirrors dirty upon arrival with dusty plants. Found dead bugs in the fridge, bed and in the rooms with lots of active bugs in the bathrooms every day. They did send the housekeeper to clean up while we were there and said their big guy comes quarterly. If those things were fixed I would give it a higher rating especially with how much we paid. Close to beaches and quiet development
We loved our stay and it accommodated our family very well. Loved the location and felt like it was right in the middle of both directions that we planned our activities. Poipu had great shopping and we loved beaches around. This Condo had boogie boards, chairs, and coolers available for use and we used them every day. Thank you for providing a beautiful condo for our family of 6 to stay in for the whole week.
