Very nice place, clean and nice furnishings. Close to a nice beach.Quiet neighborhood. Bad view of the golf course parking lot.Had an issue with the water leak detection system which shuts off all water to.the unit. Took some time and plenty of frustration to get the the water turned back on.Some noise from unit above.

My only comments are simply to try and be helpful because this place was FABULOUS!!! It was close to everything we needed to do. So, comment one would just be to perhaps provide a map of the actual condo locations OR better lighting because our unit was difficult to find in the dark. The only other comment is the master bedroom carpet has a large ripple and should be re-stretched as it is atripping hazard. has a large

Very comfortable stay, fully provisioned living area with beautiful art and furnishings throughout. The welcome basket was well appreciated. Beach chairs, etc. were also very useful. The office cubby, the laundry enclosure, cleaning supplies, etc. - well thought through. Much appreciated!
My husband, mother, and I thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Pila Mai. We cooked a few times and had every needed utensil and pan. We also used the coolers and chairs priced for our beach trips. It was clean and the lanai was so peaceful. I will look here again for our next Kauai trip.

Modern, clean & comfortable in great location. Very happy with our stay. Would be nice to supply new pots & Pans, cooking utensils & basic supplies (coffee filters, cooking oil). Otherwise, a great stay & would come again!
We stayed three nights at this condo and enjoyed it so much that we want to come back again.
The location is very convenient, close to Poipu Beach where you can see sea turtles everyday. The complex is so quiet and peaceful, much better compared to a crowded hotel. The room is well maintained, and you can find everything you need for a house.
The only complaint, if I must say, is the corner of the wood bed frame of the master bedroom. Call me clumsy and my knee bumped into the corner for 3~4 times (once a day).

Liked the spacious rooms and beautiful settings. Enjoyed the pool. The ktchen was well equipped for cooking.
The property also provided beach gears such as beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment. That's really helpful because you can't bring them all on a vacation
