Great place for our family to stay. Place was clean and spacious. Our only issue was the AC wouldn’t go down below 75.
This property has many attributes making it a 5 star vacation rental. The location is great for access to the Poipu area. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable & the supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion) is generous. All our favorite amenities were included such as air conditioning, washer/dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, upscale kitchen appliances (including convection oven) & well stocked serve & cook ware.
Vacasa is also deserving of a 5 star rating. Booking, check in & check out was quick, easy & highly automated. Their 24x7 customer support gave us peace of mind. Contrary to other comments criticizing the notes & labels throughout the condo were overdone, we found them helpful, making it quick & easy to find what switch controls which light/fan.
With no fault to Vacasa or the owner, the property has one drawback that is totally dependent on the occupants of the condo above this unit. We experienced 3 renters during our 2-week stay here & we had the misfortune of experiencing a lot of noise, especially for 7 days when a family with 3 very young children were staying there. We heard them running back & forth seemingly non-stop for hours. We tried to shrug it off, but when it repeatedly occurred past 10pm and then past midnight when they hosted a birthday party, we called Vacasa asking for help in enforcing the “quiet” after 9pm policy. After our call to Vacasa, the children running continued for the remainder of their stay, but did go quiet after 10pm.
As a ground floor unit, we were glad we didn’t have to carry our luggage up the stairs to a 2nd floor unit.
If the renters of the unit above are respectful and courteous of the “quiet” after 9pm policy (or you are a very sound sleeper), this property can offer you a 5-star experience.

First, the positive points: lovely comfortable condo, street level, short walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pool was great!Bed is super comfortable. Areas for improvement - negatives:the view from the patio is of the parking lot Attached walls allow noise from above and this occurred regularly every morning and evening. Televisions not always reliable, contacted guest services and was tokd there was no technical support, however, when I called a second time a few days later, I was told there was technical support but he couldn't come until morning.
First entering the unit,the key code was not working, after several attempts through Vacasa trying different codes we used a key from a combo box they had at the property cleanliness was ok, one wall looked like they forgot to clean it, food,dirt etc. the showers have black mold in them, maybe time to clean and seal them?The wurst part was the unit directly above us,POUNDING footsteps from adults and children at all hours, EVERY DAY. Will not rent this unit again.
Great property for our family of six! Was very clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed for a beach day. Loved the little touches like the welcoming treats that we got! Secluded despite being in a condo. Would definitely stay here again! Very close to all the beaches and anything else you would need in the Poipu area.

Definitely lots of people around and you do hear walking from the second floor but that didn’t bother us. Really nice having a full size washer and dryer and the third half bathroom. Large walk in closets in both rooms. Beautiful property with lots of gardens. It was nice to be on the ground floor and not have to climb stairs but there was no ocean view from ground level. There is a beautiful golf course and mountain view to the side of the back porch. There is nice seating at front door also. This was our first time to Hawaii and we had never heard about all the wild roosters and cats. They are quite entertaining. lol. We were able to see several large turtles every night on the shore of the beach. We would absolutely come back to this property. Had a wonderful week!
This condo had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us. The location was perfect. It's within walking distance to a small shopping center that has restaurants, a general store and gelato. And it's a very short car ride to the beach. Including "ocean view" and "mountain view" in the title is misleading but it's clear from the pictures (which were accurate) that there is no such view. However, we knew that going into it so were not disappointed. Overall, this was a great condo with great amenities and we would definitely recommend.
Unit is much bigger than the pictures give it credit. Had issues with fridge & spiders invading the lanai. Took a few days but they replaced the fridge & removed the spiders. Great Morning breakfast on the lanai, pool area clean & quite. Late night noise restrictions made for very peaceful evenings. Maintenance employees & cleaners all super nice & friendly. Mahalo Nui Loa!!!

Definitely not my favorite rental. The home was clean, but lacked comfort (couch felt like you were sitting on springs, pillows were old and had no support (bought new ones at Costco) The patio view, which wasn’t clear from the photos show the golf club parking lot, so be aware. We had a few minor problems with noise from the upstairs owner (heavy feet), but that can be construed as nitpicking. The carpet needs a good cleaning. Aside from these items, the place was well stocked. Hope this helps!
Property was well decorated and well appointed. The neighborhood/community was pleasant and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. Pool/beach towels were provided. We took advantage of the beach chairs in the garage that made an afternoon at the beach wonderful. You will also find a couple of boogie boards and a small cooler in the garage for your outings. It was great To have access to a quality washer and dryer. Furniture and decor was beautiful and the main bed was very comfortable, better than the resort we stayed in on the first have of our trip. Master bath with walk in shower was amazing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could want. Great place that I would stay at again. Next time we will bring the kids or share with another couple as there is more than plenty room for four people. Stop and get groceries on your way if you can. There is limited options for shopping but has some great restaurants and beach side bars. Check out the blow horn and local markets and shops!!
Pros: Centralized location within Poipu, very clean new condo. Comfortable bed.
Cons: If you’re a light sleeper, the sounds from the condo above will keep you up.
