Wonderful location and very clean condo. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean and well maintained
A group of 4 mom/friends from the Big Island wanted to take a quick weekend away & choose Kauai for the “laid back” vibe. This property exceeded our expectations. The surrounding area was quiet & safe (safe enough to take runs on your own) & close to shops/restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy. We each had our own space (2 of us roomed together). There was more than enough towels, kitchen utensils, & even extra fans provided for the stay. The communication with the property manager was great & I appreciated the reminders of when the trip was coming up, the easy ability to access the codes on the app, the check out instructions, & the text message reminder/link to check out. I definitely recommend this place & for me personally, I would love to come back (& stay at this place again) because there’s just so much to see/do on this island! 5 stars!
Nice big unit with towels and beach supplies. Beautiful lanai. Easy check in/out. Only downside really was the carpet, which is in need of cleaning or replacement.
Very pleasant and close to beaches. Short walk to Kiahuna Golf Course clubhouse (2 min). Enough kitchen gadgets to cook with pots and pans. Everything was fine. Perhaps they should clean carpets as were stained. Nice neighbors and quiet area.
Plenty of seating and appliances. Convenient to poipu beach, poipu shopping village and newer kukuiula village. Beach chairs and float noodles in garage. We would definitely stay again.

Family of 7 stayed in this unit comfortably. The three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as couch bed was perfect for us. The only issues were the ice maker would leak and the carpet had a lot of stains. But that’s the only negatives if you could call it that. We cook a lot on vacation and the kitchen had everything we could need. We will be returning to this property in the near future.
This condo is huge with plenty of seating, comfy beds and a nice lanai. The location is close to the shopping village with good restaurants. PoiPu beach is less than a mile. The complex has a nice pool and a gym for guest use. Unfortunately the hot tub as set way too hot. The only negative was the fact that the unit only had 2 knives and Vacasa told us they could not supply anymore. Getting pods for the dishwasher took a bit of effort but eventually were supplied.
Our family enjoyed our time in this large clean condo. Absolutely beautiful area. Close to the beach and restaurants. We loved that it was in a less crowded area but still had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
