Perfect location and accommodations for our first visit to Kauai! Communication with Lucy was great - she was very helpful and extremely accommodating! Our return flight was a red eye and she told us to stay as late as we wanted on our departure day before driving to the airport - it gave us an entire extra day in town without rushing to pack and clean up! Ocean views were amazing and location is Princeville is perfect for walking, golfing, proximity to Hanalei…whatever your plans are! Condo has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! We will definitely return to Kauai and book another stay at Lucy’s condo!
Lucy’s spot was perfect for enjoying all the north shore has to offer. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet area of Princeville and a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property offers a beautiful full view of the ocean from the lanai and both of the bedrooms. Although the sunrise and sunset were just out of sight to the right and left, there was no better place to start and end your day. The quiet neighborhood and neighbors were a delight and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend this property.
This condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Quiet area, good location, overlooking the ocean. Close to golf course, Hanalei, and close to many beaches. Great and comfortable place to stay, can’t wait to visit again!
We were looking for a reasonably priced 2 bedroom condo in Northern Kauai with air conditioning and this fits the bill. Everything is as described and more. The house comes with everything we need for a Hawaii vacation: clean and nicely furnished with extra including beach towels, snorkeling gear, surfboard. Nice kitchen with plates and silverware. Washer dryer and detergent. Overall we had a nice and happy experience.
We had a wonderful time at this home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make the week feel like we were at home. The view from all the rooms was unbeatable and the location was perfect for any North Shore activities :)

Woke up each day to a beautiful view of the ocean with waves crashing on the shore. Convenient to get too many sites in Princeville and Hanalei. Kitchen table gave us a place to play cards and gamesWasher and dryer were a plus.Lucy was quick to respond to our concern.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this one was terrific! It was very comfortable and had a decorative vibe of modern and Hawaiian, very well done. It was quiet and the views are stunning! Loved our stay, bring binoculars to see the whales!
The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. It was one of the best VRBO rentals we have experienced.

This was a beautiful and clean condo with a first class view of the ocean. It was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas and towels were an added addition that came in so handy.

Everything about this unit was amazing. It was immaculate, had everything we needed, and it was in the best location. Lucy was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I will absolutely be back and will rent this unit or likely any unit from Lucy!
There are good hosts, and there are great hosts. Lucy is a great host! This is a wonderful clean condo. Very nicely updated. Very quiet area. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Lucy is very easy to communicate with, and is very responsive to needs. We will be back!
The condo is perfectly appointed and Lucy was a warm, clear and courteous communicator. We were stunned by the views and there was nothing that had not been thought of to make the stay comfortable and convenient.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this rental. The views over the ocean from the lanai and the bedrooms were amazing. The condo is furnished very tastefully (we loved the colour combinations) and was perfect for our family of 3 adults. All necessities were provided, including a good selection of beach equipment- we made good use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again - especially for that view.

We had a great time here. The view was amazing! Very peaceful and convenient location. We would definitely come back.
This place is awesome! My wife, granddaughter and I stayed here in June 2024. It is right on a cliff overlooking the Pacific and is within a 10 minute drive of shopping and restaurants in Hanalei. It has a great pool and lots of walking paths and comes with everything you might need for a trip to the beach. We will be back.
The view was amazing from every room. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. It was very clean with a bunch of adorable geckos scurrying about in the garden. Lots of chickens ready to wake you up and get your day going.
Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and view magnificent. Great location, we really enjoyed our stay. 10/10.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property has incredible views from every room, it’s super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with necessary items as well as some useful supplies for beach outings. Lucy was a terrific host and communicated very well. We’ll definitely want to stay here again when we come back!
