The cottage is receiving updates and staging through the first 3 weeks of DEC. We will begin accepting bookings starting December 21. New photos will be uploaded once the work is complete. Guests arriving on or after December 21 will enjoy the refreshed space.
30-Day Min Rental:
In compliance with local law, reservations must be made in 30-day increments. Guests may stay the full 30 days or any portion of it, but the booking must be made as a single 30-day stay.

A loved little cottage in Kaʻaʻawa, our first home, filled with heart and SPECTACULAR sunrise mornings. Intimate, comfortable, and perfect for couples or small families/groups. The back gate opens to the school grounds with after-hours access to pickleball and basketball courts, plus a playground for the keiki. Simple, peaceful, and well-cared-for, ready for new memories to be made.
This two-bedroom, one-bath cottage features an updated kitchen and an open living and dining layout that makes settling in effortless. The covered front lanai faces the mountains and is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
A short walk through the school takes you to Kaʻaʻawa Beach, and within minutes you can reach Kahana Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and scenic coastal hikes. It’s also an excellent choice for guests attending BYU Hawaiʻi graduations, with campus a straightforward 20 minute drive up the coast. On-site EV charging is available with both a Tesla connector and J1772 adaptor.
This is a true windward escape surrounded by space to breathe, stars, and easy ocean access to some of the best beaches Oahu has to offer - IMO.
