We had a great time and really felt like home. This modern house offers everything you need to be self contained. We recommend everyone to book it and would definitely come again.
Excellent stay and a get place to stay at if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The house is in the countryside and the road is a bit of a rollercoaster to get to it, but it is well worth it. There are many places in close proximity(20 to 30) where you don’t feel like you are too far away. Highly recommend.

It was what the explanation said. Quiet getaway. House was a perfect size and very clean. Short drive to Volcanoes National Park. Great for nature lovers. But not too far from Hilo. Expect the sounds of nature: Rain and chickens.
Easy 30 minute drive from Hilo Airport. Quiet rural area and not difficult to find with accurate driving instructions. Comfortable small, well-equipped and very clean house. Patty was a cordial, helpful host. Nice home base for our 6 day stay.
Very easy to get to. Far enough away from the city but not too far so it is very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommended. Patricia was wonderful to work with communicated very and truly cared about our stay.
This property exceeded our expectations! We loved… the location! It was so beautiful and peaceful. The water tastes great! And the inside was very comfortable and had everything that we needed.
Very nice roomy house, very private although no one was staying in the 2nd house while we were there. It was a 4.3 mile drive down a side road that took about 12 minutes off the main road, it was fairly close to the volcano. For our trip it was centrally located for where we needed to be. Well clean, nicely furnished, wifi, bath, beautiful setting.
My husband and I had a nice, and relaxing time at this property. So beautiful and quiet. We loved the Koki frogs as they made noise, but in the house we couldn’t hear anything. We definitely would love to stay at this rental the next time we visit.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. It was an excellent match for a couple. The location has easy access to early morning Kilauea visits. We explored Hilo, snorkeled at Carlsmith, explored Kalapana and the Red Road, we visited Kaulana Manu. The property was a good base with a 4 mile rollercoaster road that was fun
We loved the privacy. We loved the yard. It was very well maintained. The whole experience was great. Patricia was wonderful! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there in the future;!
Beautiful home. My daughter and I loved it. Great base for seeing the island. Loved being in the country setting. Patty gave great instructions for getting there. Everything was wonderful. Could have spent a month here. If we ever get back to Hawaii, we will stay here! Thank you for a fabulous experience.
