Highly recommended. We stayed here for a little over 2 months while working on a project. Everything needed for a home away from home is here. We like to cook and eat and kitchen is well appointed. Host communication was prompt and easy. Any issues we had were addressed right away (keep in mind our duration of stay) with clear and quick resolution. Amazing views, killer pool, and local conveniences just a couple turns away.
We arrived a few hours early & found everything to be just as the listing noted. The house was fully stocked with everything need for a very comfortable one month stay. The house & property were spotless and the pool and spa worked perfectly. We can't wait to come back.The Premier Hosts were very easy to contact and were available with any questions we may of had regarding both the house and the surrounding amenities in the town we might like to investigate. We stayed for a month pre ironman triathoon in october. The home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you would ever need to make it feel like a home and not a rental. The layout allows for privacy and the pool and patio is so well designed and comfortable. The location is very secluded and quiet while only a mile to a shopping center. Easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs during the trip. Woudl stay again! Thank you

Very attractive, spacious, well furbished home. Our group of six enjoyed the sunsets on the lanai each evening. The pool and spa were very enjoyble. Both were cared for and clean. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests and placed a good set of information on the coffee table about local fun activities, shopping, etc. Most of all, the view of the ocean was stupendous! We like to get up and out the doors early each day, this house and neighborhood was perfectly quiet for our early bed times! We enjoyed the pool almost daily, cooked dinner and ate on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets!

Great Property and owner. Had just one small issue and addressed quickly. Text response to any communications quickly. Property and location was great. Quiet neighborhood and sunset from pool deck fabulous every night. Market, Golf, ocean within minutes drive. Kona about 10 min drive. Well equipped kitchen and a grill on the pool deck. Several nights grilling on the month vacation. Couldn't ask for a better property.
