As a large single-level home there are no stairs. The doors opens to the large open concept kitchen, dining and living room to the lanai, pool and beautiful outdoor gardens. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Primary Suites, each with a private bath ensuite.
In the main home the first bedroom features a California King Size bed.
The 2nd bedroom also has a California King.
The 3rd is equipped with two TwinXL that can be combined as king with gel topper.
In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a standalone guest cottage (ohana). Detached from the home this suite has a King bed and its own washroom.
The house and the guest cottage all have central AC. There is a large laundry room in the home.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 10 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a family room separate from the living room where there is a 65” TV with video games and a large assortment of movies for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! It is perfect for relaxing, playing games, watch the game, or relax with a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can hare the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.
The home also has his and hers golf clubs for guest use (Complimentary)

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

We had 7 adults and one 2 year old. The home is large enough to make us all very comfortable and we are all use to having big spaces. The laundry room was very convenient, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there for 10 days and had a great time.

We had a great time in this house. Everything we needed for our group of mixed ages, including baby. We loved the pool and hot tub, and walked to the nice nearby gym and pool complex a few times. Layout was great, the separate ADU was nice to have as well for part of the group. Beaches nearby are fun to visit. We’d love to come back !!

We are four couples who travel with each other throughout the world. We enjoy golf, travel to new places and the company we have kept for over 50 years. Paradise Awaits did not disappoint. The house was in a great location, very well kept, and appointed with everything that you could possibly need from golf clubs, snorkel gear, ice chests, pool towels and gear, bicycles, beach chairs and the like. The interior was very comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen. To the owners and property managers, well done. We all loved the place and look forward to our return to Paradise. Thank you very much.

Fully deserving of the 5 star rating, this place is beautiful, all the rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The place was extremely clean, the complimentary amenities provided were great and the location is stunning. Highly recommended and would be happy to return again!

The location was perfect to enjoy the beach, tennis and pickleball at the nearby resorts, bike riding and driving to area attractions. We would highly recommend for families or couple trips.

Lots of space, well maintained home and well-stocked kitchen. Outdoor space was wonderful, including pool, hot tub, golf course view, Weber Genesis grill and large dining table. Set up was great for our family, and it was a very short walk to the community pool (including a separate lap pool for adults, outdoor hot tubs, workout center, and large free form pool for all). We appreciated having access to the parking area at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Any time we had questions, or concerns the property manager responded promptly. Only wish we could have had an earlier check-in as our flight was changed for an early arrival! Would definitely rent this house again for a family vacation to Hawaii and will recommend it to friends who may be planning to go.
