Property was great, communication was excellent. Only minor thing was the AC was leaking in the LR. I had to place a bowl underneath it to keep it from going all over the floor.
Beautiful location. Papakea Resort is wonderful and so relaxing. Quiet hours ensure you’ll be able to sleep. The putting green and pool/hot tub are a fun plus too. Highly reccomend.
Comfortable condo with lots of amenities and close to everything. Good view from the lanai and at the wall for sunset.

We normally stay at the Kaanapali Ocean Resort where we have a two week, ocean front timeshare that we love. However, we decided to try the Papakea resort for two nights adjacent to our time at the KOR, and I found this lovely unit, C307, quite charming. This is a great property for anyone seeking a quieter, less expensive location that still has the amazing views you get further south. The condo itself has everything one needs, including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. and is well appointed throughout. This is an excellent value for your money, and was quite comfortable for the two of us for two nights. We would have stayed longer if we had had the time. The owner was very responsive from start to finish, and the people we met poolside were long time, repeat visitors which says a lot about the property. We knew about the Papakea from friends back home who have been coming here for many years, and we knew the location was convenient to the Times market and the fish market, two places we frequent when we stay in Kaanapali. Pizza Paradiso down the street is one of our favorite casual dinner stops as well. This is a winner.
Beautifully updated. Great views of the ocean and koi ponds. You can leave the screen door open at night and let the water lull you to sleep. Condo stocked with everything you need plus more... even had beach towels. I'll definitely be back!
So happy with this condo. Love the location, kitchen, washer/dryer and view. Grounds and ammenities were well maintained.
