House layout worked well for our family of eleven. Short walk to two good restaurants that were part of the Princeville resort community. Happy Talk Lounge and a Pizza restaurant. Both with great views and good food. Short walk (0.5 miles) to Kenomene Ocean Sunset Overlook. The town of Hanalei was a short 15 minute drive. Lots of food trucks and an outstanding beach suitable for families. Anini Beach Park only fifteen minutes away too. Home is really nice resort community. Landscaping was as expected. Only thing missing was a pool. I would rent again if I was in that area.
We love Hanalei. It’s our favorite place on earth. Princeville is a 10-15 minute drive up the hill. The house was large and well designed. We had three families with teenagers and had plenty of space. The primary is large with an en-suite bath and a sleeper sofa. We didn’t use it but it was a nice option. The second king bedroom had a large closet and en-suite as well. The third bedroom had a king bed with a hallway bath with a large shower. The multi bed rooms share a Jack and Jill bath. The kitchen was great for making meals and gathering. A large couch worked for movie nights and the dining table was big enough for games and get togethers. Local beaches we enjoyed were Hanalei Bay, Anini, Hideaways, Tunnels, Kalihiwai, Black Pot, Pine Trees. We walked to Hanalei Bay resort for Happy Talk Bar, Hotel One for the public access beach…great for sunset photos. We love the Tahiti Nui for hands down the best mai tais and shopping in Ching Young. Definitely a great house for families and fun.
We love this property! It was a spacious house in a great location. We would definitely stay at this property again!
The house is very spacious and the layout is good. The main living area is large. All 12 of us were able to be in the space without feeling crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware, glasses, mugs, pots and pans. The outdoor shower is a must for washing off the sand before entering the house. The local operations staff is very responsive and professional. I would rent this house again the next time go the Kauai.
