Beautiful in every way!! Our family loved everything about this condo!! Clean, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots. pans, utensils...whatever I needed for cooking I was able to find! Our 15 and 16 year old had plenty of room to share and in the 2nd bedroom! We were very happy in this rental!

Fully enjoyed our stay at this property with our family of four. The location was excellent! Quiet, peaceful, clean. Pictures do not do it justice, the views are truly breathtaking! Had all the amenities and then some. Really appreciated the added beach supplies. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo!

We've stayed here at least 4 times now, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else in Princeville or Hanalei Bay. The view is as spectacular as you will find anywhere.
By far the best management company we have used on Kauai over the past 12 years. Very professional and wonderful at understanding hospitality. Truly outstanding
My husband and I have been coming to Pali Ke Kua in Princeville for 20 years. We have always loved it. This condo was particularly lovely with a huge TV and a huge view!! The kitchen was stocked wonderfully and with the George Foreman Grill I added myself, it was perfect for the two of us. If we can still travel in our 80's, we'll be back!

Pali Ke Kua 222 delivers the perfect Bali Hai view and vacation experience. The owners of the condo and Makana Kauai properties make sure you have everything you need for your visit. Super clean, nicely decorated and amenities beyond expectations. Also....because it’s on the 2nd floor there are no people walking by on property looking into your condo. I highly recommend this property.

222 PALI KE KUA IS THE GREATEST PLACE ON THE PLANET. WAKE UP AND HAVE COFFEE ON THE DECK, LOOKING OUT OVER HANALEI BAY. THAT IS A WONDERFUL START TO YOUR DAY. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE CONDO IS VERY WELL STOCKED WITH ANYTHING YOU WOULD NEED ON YOUR TRIP. EVERY TIME I GO THERE I COME HOME AND FEEL LIKE THE WIEGHT OF THE WORLD IS GONE. TRULY A MAGICAL PLACE AND I WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR. THE OWNER'S ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND COOL PEOPLE. ALOHA
When you walk through the door and down the stairs to the main level, you realize what you paid for. The view is honestly breathtaking! There are no other words to describe it. The condo itself is very nice. The kitchen cabinets looked like they were installed recently and they are top quality. The appliances are very nice, too. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level and another bedroom and bath upstairs. The lower level has 2 double beds and the upper has a king bed. But all of that really doesn't matter, you are there for the view. There were two times when we were late for dinner reservations because we were lost staring at the sparkling Pacific and Bali Hai in the distance. However, the reason I only gave it 4 stars was on the last day of our stay, the WiFi router kicked all of us out of the system. We couldn't log back in no matter what we tried, and with my son being a computer engineer, we tried everything. The reason this was a problem was because we were supposed to check in for our departing flight that day and we were unable to. The other "problem" with the north shore of Kauai is cell service is horrific! There were times when I had absolutely no service and most of the time it is a one-bar 4G situation. Normally, this isn't a problem because, with service this bad, I can't be bothered with calls for the mainland, which is nice! Fortunately, we took a scenic stroll down to 1 Hotel at the end of the road, ordered a mai tai, and used their WiFi.

We had planned a 16 night vacation in Princeville, and found this condo through VRBO. With bad weather concerns in Denver forecast for our day of departure, we enquired if we could have the condo for one additional day on the front end and they immediately responded and confirmed the availability. We made a similar request for the end of our stay as our flight back to Denver had been delayed, and that was immediately approved.The condo was in great condition, very clean and presentable. The one interaction with the property management, regarding WiFi (the local cable company were doing maintenance), was immediately responded to, even though it wasn’t their issue to fix. A very relaxing stay, and I always was confident that if I had any questions, the management company would immediately respond.
